"GOOOOO CAMILLA!!!!!!"

Yeesh, Rhiannon can sure be loud...Then again, I don't blame her as so far in the 1st round of this Round Robin tourney with the 6 aces of the schools, Camilla''s Passimian is currently doing quite a good work against Lilycove Haggyo(Korean for School) Cherche with her Flygon struggling to stay conscious.

While normally, I would be cheering on Camilla as well(After all, she's not only a great trainer who's being scouted by many of the professional teams in Unova and other regions to play for them in the National Pokemon League(NPL), but she's fucking hot.), I was too busy thinking back on my loss to that Branwen chick such as how did she get a Mega Amulet so soon...we're both freshmens....did Johto gives their students such things at a more earlier time than other regions?

Sitting next to me are my friends, Rhiannon Faraday and Lucina Leonhart,  Both girls are great trainers in their own rights with Rhiannon having a more tanky teams to Lucina's Rain teams. We have other friends such as Owain Leonhart, Lucina's hammy cousin who likes Dark types, Cynthia Leonhart, Lucina's younger sister who's a huge fan of Flying types, and some other people.

At the moment, Camilla ended the match with her Passimian using a Close Combat on the Flygon using it's berry in the onslaught, ending it with a powerful head bang with said berry, which, in my honest opinion, was pretty damn cool with how Passimian bounced the berry off of Flygon a couple of times before doing said finishing move.


"AND THAT'S IT! CAMILLA WINS THE 1ST ROUND AGAINST CHERCHE!! WHAT A START FOR THE UNOVA ACE!! WILL CHERCHE BE ABLE TO BOUNCE BACK!?! WE'LL SEE LATER ON THIS WEEK! FOR NOW, WILL RYOMA NIJIMURA AND XANDER STONE PLS STEP ON THE FIELD!

As Rhiannon lead the freshmens in cheering for her sister, I merely sat and pondered more on Raven....Couldn't believe that I lost to her...I promised myself I wouldn't lose to her, but I'm having some self-esteem issues with that.
Camilla waves to the Unovians as she head to her locker room, Rhiannon soon got up and brush past me and the others shouting

"EXCUSE ME, LIL FARADAY COMING THROUGH TO SEE HER BIG SISTER! DON'T GET IN MY WAY LEST YOU GET TRAMPLED ON!!!" Lucina giggles as she follows her. "I'll go with her to make sure she don't hurt anyone." "Yeah, you go do that." Still lost in my thoughts, I don't see Lucina giving me a look of concern before heading off. I told them of my battles in the park with me losing to Raven. Both girls gave me some consoling advice and reassured me that losing to Raven isn't a bad loss despite Rhiannon's opinion of her being quite low.

"You don't need to worry about that thot! You'll crush her the next time you meet her, Now join me in cheering for big sis!!" That's what she said before Camilla's match started...Speaking of which, the next 2 trainers have arrived on the field. The 1st one is the Johto ace of Goldenrod and is currently scouted by the Blackthorn Kingdras, Ryoma Nijimura. And his opponent is the son of Kanto's President Stone who's also the CEO of Stone Corps...Ace of Pewter Academy and scouted by every single Kanto Pro team...Xander Stone. Both of them are very powerful trainers with Ryoma's Lucario being hailed as a very powerful ace of his whereas Xander's signature Pokemon is his ever loyal and stalwart Aegislash.

Now, normally I would had stayed and watch these 2 guys go at it, but I'm not in a good mood so I decided to leave the arena and head to Castelia Academy. I text Lucina about my decision on this...moments later, she text me back.

"(Yo, are you allright?)"
"(Yeah, I'm fine.)"
"(You sure?...I know you're still down about losing...)"
"(I'm fine, Lucina, I swear. I just need some time to relax.)"
"(If ya say so then. Me and Rhiannon will see ya later tonight then!)"
"(Awesome, by the way, how's Rin doing?)"
"(Oh, she's fine! She's just...congrating her sister at the moment..)"

I stop where I was in the park enroute to the academy and mused...
"(......She's sucking her off, isn't she?)"
"(Yup lmao)"
"(Typical Rhiannon lmao....Allright see you all later!)"

As I put my phone back in my pocket and walk on...I bumped into someone and we both fell with the sound of glass hitting the ground and breaking.
"Awww, shit!! My beer!!!"

I look up and see the teen before me lamenting over his beer...he have black hair that is slicked back and red eyes with a white jacket and grey pants..his shirt is red/black with a Weavile motif on it.

He stare at me with anger as I get up and dust myself off and extend a hand at him to help him up.
"Hey dude, sorry about that."

"You better be sorry, that shit was fucking hard to come by, damnit!!"
He slap my hand away and stand up on his own. I shake my hand off as he slapped it rather hard.

"Geez dude, calm down. It's just beer...wait, shpuldn't you be NOT drinking that?"
He wave it off dismissively as he crosses his arms and glare at me...come to think of it..he does look somewhat familiar...

"Nevermind that, you broke my fucking Bourbon and now I have to steal another one tomorrow! To pay for that, you're gonna give me the money for it when I beat you in a battle!"

He pull a Pokeball off of his waist...I crosses my own and decided to try a different way to defuse this.

"Can't I just give you the money instead? I'm not in a good moo-" "I really don't give a fuck, I'm gonna beat you and take the money needed for my beer!"
....Ok, this asshole gonna get it now.

"Fine!" I take a ball off of my waist and point it at him "This will be a 1v1 single format with one Pokemon from us both, Deal!?" Maybe my issues will go away when I beat this guy...especially with the Pokemon I chosen. "Fine by me pal, I can already taste my beer already!" The edgy drunk smirks as he send out his Pokemon. "Go Honckkrow!" The Fedora-wearing Pokemon comes out and lands on the ground as he tips his 'hat' on his head towards me with a smirk.

"Heh, good luck with trying to beat this mon...He's my ace and barely loses! There's no way you're go-"
"Go, Tyranitar!"

The teen does a double take as I send out one of my pseudo-legendaries out with a heavy thud. It took me a while to train this guy carefully and the right way to his current power, but I can gladly say that the effort  was well worth it. I can see that the guy's face is in distraught as well as his Honchkrow as Tyranitar glare down at him.

"Still wanna battle?" I smirk at him. Credit's where it's due...he didn't backed down as he shake his head and scowl. "Ha, I'm no fucking Torchic! Let's go!" Tyranitar begins to whip up a sandstorm via Sand Stream as the battle begins...


"Battle!"
"Battle!"
The teen goes 1st before me as he whips his arm out in a chopping manner.
"Honchkrow, go and use Superpower!"

Oh, clever move there...too bad I've seen such tactics many times before! Honchkrow's body begins to glow red as he flies up and charges towards Tyranitar amiss all of the sand...However,  I grin as does Tyranitar who hold his hands out. "Protect!" And conjure a green barrier to block the attack. Honchkrow bumps into it and takes no damage from it. The boy scowls and grits his teeth. "Ok, fine...Honchkrow, use Night Shade!" "Tyranitar, overpower that with Ice Beam!"

Honchkrow's eyes turn deep black as he shoots lasers from them towards Tyranitar who breathed in harshly and shot a Icy blue beam towards the Mafia Bird...both the attacks collide in the sandstorm and make a minor explosion in it. Neither mons take any damage, but Honchkrow's taking some minor dmg from T-Tar's Sandstorm.

"Still wanna keep going??" I smirk at him in all of the sandstorm and see him balling his fists and getting sand on his white jacket.

"Oh shut up!, Honchkrow, go and use Superpower again!" Honchkrow screeches as he flies up and come down at T-Tar with his body glowing brightly once more as T-Tar looks on.

"Tyranitar, when it get close, grab it!" T-Tar plants his feet into the ground and grabs Honchkrow's wings as soon as he comes into range, shocking both him and his trainer...I smirk as I give my next command. "Now Ice Beam!!!" T-Tar let a point-blank Ice Beam straight into the face of Honchkrow, blasting him to a tree and breaking it down...Honchkrow stumbles out from underneath the tree as he faints on the ground.

"OH NO!!! I LOST!!?? NOW HOW CAN I SUPPORT MY DRINKING BINGE!??!" The guy laments and fall on his knees in despair...As I thank T-Tar and return him to his Pokeball, I couldn't help but feel a bit sorry for the guy before me...

"(I'm probably gonna regret this...)" I reach into my wallet and hand him a couple of dollars. He blinks with confusion and glance at me. "What's this?" He eyes me warily as I scowl.  "This here should be enough for you to get someone to buy you some beer..." He stands up(The guy's my height) and point at me with anger in his eyes "I don't need your pity money!!!" I roll my eyes and flash the money in front of his face. "Look, it's either go home with no beer or with a beer....Your choice."

I can tell he was considering it with the gears in his head turning before he sighs and take the money(More like snatch, the rude bastard.) and count it over...he nods and flick the money as he place it in his wallet and return his Honchkrow. "Well...I suppose this will do..." He turns to me with a questioning look. "I'll be stupid if I wouldn't admit you have skill...who are you?" "I'm Jalen."

I saw that his eyes widen for a bit before he smirks and extend a hand.
"I'm Qrow, I'll be seeing you next time..Where I'll win for sure!" I smile and shake his hand "We'll see about that. See ya later." I leave and head towards my school where I can go rest up for tomorrow as the sun is setting over our heads....


[Normal POV]

Qrow heads towards the hotel where the Johtoians are resting at as they celebrate Ryoma's win over Xander with his new bottle of beer. Normally he would celebrate this, but he decided to head straight to his room where his 3 friends are resting at. Heading up the elevator to the 3rd floor and exiting it. He navigate the hotel and eventually arrive at the door. He opens it and as soon as he does...

"YO QROW THERE YOU ARE!!!"

...Had to smoothly dodge a flying kick from his blonde friend and Fighting Type specialist, Taiyang Xiao Long, and close the door on him as Taiyang scrambled to get back in the room.

"WHOOO! ANOTHER DODGE THERE, YOUR REFLEXES ARE SHARP AS HELL AS ALWAYS!!" Qrow rolls his eyes as he open his flask and take a swig of his beer. "Sure, pal." He opens the door and get into a tight hug withTaiyang's arm around his neck. "Dude, you missed it! Ryoma-senpai pulled off a comeback win that was soooo cool!" Qrow struggles to breath in the hug. "O-Ok, that's co-co-cool and all...but can I breath!!??!" "Oh!" Taiyang let go of Qrow who breaths in and out to collect the air he misses as Taiyang rubs his head in a sheepish manner. "Sorry..." "You asshole, how many time do I have to warn ya on that shit!?!"
"Umm...Gu-guys..."

A quiet meek girl speaks up from the room as she wears a cream-colored hood with pink tpped bangs hanging over her silver eyes...the girl seems to be rather nervous as she points to a sleeping Raven on the couch while she herself watches the replays of the day's matches.
"W-W-We shouldn't get so loud...lest we wake Raven up again..and y-y-you all know how much she dislike to be waken up..."

Qrow rolls his eyes at his friend's overneverousness. "We also know how hard it is to wake Raven up, Summer..." "Yeah!" Tai joins in as he sit on the couch next to Summer and wrap an arm around his girlfriend. "Raven's harder to wake up than a Snorlax on a good day!

"Well, with all of that put to the side..." Qrow yawns as he sit down next to his friends, kick back with his feet on the table and drink his beer...before taking his lips off of it...and smirk as he watches the TV.. "Today's been a rather interesting day...the same day Raven fight someone who makes her go and use Mega Evolution...I end up fighting the same guy."

Both Taiyang and Summer share a look before they look at Qrow...
"Bro, you don't mean..."
"T-T-The sheer lu-lu-luck of it all.."

Qrow nods with a smug look
"That's right, I fought against Raven's Boyfriend!!"
"WHAT!??! WHO SAID THAT!?!?"

The 3 of them flinches as Raven rise up with a very angry look and scan the room as her hair is sticking up everywhere. Her eyes lock on to her younger twin brother as he freezes in terror. Before he could make a run for it, she jumps from the bed(Taiyang imagined that the sound from the 6 billion dollar man was playing as Raven made that leap) and tackle him to the floor and begin to choke him along with punching him...Although it's not that threatening, it's still quite alarming to see the older twin abuse her younger twin.

"NOT ONLY YOU HAD THE NERVE TO WAKE ME UP FROM MY SLUMBER, BUT YOU HAVE THE FUCKING GALL TO CALL THAT BOY MY FUCKING BOYFRIEND!!?!??"
"R-R-Raven, hear m-m-m-me out! He hav-hav-have a Ty-Tyranitar!!!" Raven stop assaulting her brother as she rise up and glare at him as Qrow recover, and think on getting new friends if half of his current ones will attack him.

"Hmph...A Tyranitar, you said?" She helps Qrow up to his feet and begin to pace the room in heavy thought "If this is true, then obviously he's more capable than I imagine he is..." "W-W-Well..what are you go-gonna do about it?" Summer speaks up as the TV plays the replay of Ryoma's victory over Xander with his Weavile scoring a critical Ice Punch on Xander's Ursaring in the middle of his stomach and plowing it through some of the rocks on the field. But Raven pay it no mind as she look out the window with a calm look.

"(Jalen Pruett...you are starting to interest me...)"
She smirks with a mean glint in her eyes
"(For your sake, you better keep it up~)"
