- Flexibility to candy after Giovanni (?)

CONS:
- Slower Strength teach (+0.3)
- 42/43 for Blaine (+0.2)
- 44 for Sabrina (+3.5)
- Toss an extra item with 7-11 DV Speed (0 or +3.2)
- 1-4 worse red bar level-ups (0-3 with 12+ DV Speed) (+4.5)

CONCLUSION:
- Definitely worth it with 11 DV Speed and not in red bar for L44 or L45
- Definitely not worth it with 7-10 DV Speed and in red bar for L44 and L45
- Everything else is borderline
