Finisher: void song cannon (he gathers black ki in his palms in a stance like the final flash, the ki looks like two black holes, he then puts them together in front of his chest and charges them further condensing and concentrating their power, then finally he thrusts his palms foreword and fires it off, the beam is unstoppable, unblock able and undeflectable, it also absorbs ki as it travels growing stronger as it goes do you can’t ki clash with it, it just absorbs the attack but it can be dodged if your fast enough, he also can’t do anything else while firing and charging it.)

Arctic comes from his races homeworld arcosia, he is the younger cousin of freeza and cooler, he was a natural born warrior like all his kind who’s home world is an extreme environment, but even among his people he is extremely powerful, he has managed to discover an extra 3 forms beyond what the rest of his people have managed, forms 6-8 along with after years of travel in space he learned how to go golden form for all of his natural forms, how ever he rarely uses 5th form or beyond as his goal in life is to find a worthy opponent
He learned of his cusions demise he left his home, his people able to breath in space he searched the universe for a few years to find the being who beat his cusions hoping they would be a strong warrior and along the way he learned golden form, instant transmission (teleportation) and kaihoken but he rarely uses it.
