BUILD NOTES - Snow Elf Magical Girl

Going off the magical girl comments, I've altered the build to have less focus on raw kicking power and pumped a bit more CHA to boost the random spell casts. While the spells still won't be higher tiered, they should be more potent and just as random.
The basis is still a dance influenced martial arts style that uses my first SAC to allow me to continually strike targets like a Monk while getting free random casts due to Virtuoso.
The second SAC as well as the multiple movement speed boosts from classes are to increase the speed of my relatively weak strikes and to pump out even more Virtuoso casts. The results could swing either way depending on what spells I roll, but should lead to some interesting scenarios.
As for the other stats/general personality, as expected from a magical girl they're not too impressive and average WIS comes across as fairly naive. But CHA is very high as a magical girl is everyone's friend (unless they're evil).
Equipment wise the accessories have a few key resists. Instant Death and Time Stop resistances are standard (as covered by the thread) and Freedom of Movement is taken as it's the natural counter to such a speed focused build. Most of the accessory effects are QoL, as a magical girl can't be too uncute (elven age works in weird ways anyways).
I did minmax CHA a bit to allow me to hit exactly 40 with 4 attribute boosts. As for defense none of the equips offer much (being made to be as light as possible), but the Foresight effect paired with Evasion and naturally high DEX means that evading should be fairly reliable and give decent survivability despite the build being fairly frail.
