(4:09:01 PM) csouth@xistins.com/4FB0951E: diced tomatoes with habaneros (they come in a can in the mexican section), tomato quarters, cayenne pepper, paprika, black pepper, a half bottle of texas pete hot sauce, 5 jalapenos (3 dices, 2 quartered), 2-3 habaneros diced, family sized can of tomato soup, 1 pound of steak cubes, 1 pound of steak strips, 5 pounds of ground hamburger, and 2 beers.

  4. (4:11:05 PM) csouth@xistins.com/4FB0951E: you have to marinade it all night in a mixture of the above peppers, steak marinade, and 2 shots of gentlemen's jack daniels, not the black label crap. you have to make sure that the meat is completely covered and it has to site for at least 24 hours.
  5. (4:11:50 PM) csouth@xistins.com/4FB0951E: and then when you cook the meat you have to do it on a low temp, it takes longer but its not as dry. And then you strain it but you don't rinse it.
