   personality › MiaoMiao started off as an insecure girl upon meeting her members because of her ignorance of any of her wrongdoings. An escapist by nature, she has a tendency to run away when things get too hard or confusing for her, and can also be impatient and stubborn, with a short temper. MiaoMiao is also impulsive at times, which leads to some very bad experiences for both her and her friends. She has an insecure side as well, and would have problems believing in herself at times. Her insecurity can hide many of her positive feelings to the point where she had trouble expressing them.

   background › Fang MiaoMiao was born to a Chinese-Uyghur family in the city of Shenzhen, China in the spring of 1998. Her father worked as an English to Mandarin translator at a university while her mother worked as a nurse at the hospital. She grew up as an attention seeker, drawing on walls and pulling up flower beds, just so the spotlight was pulled away from anyone else. She was particularly drawn to her father, and would often mess up his papers so he'd get mad at her, just so she could turn on the waterworks and make him feel sorry. This kind of behaviour escalated into primary school where she'd often disobey the school rules in order to gather a reputation. She was diagnosed as an attention seeker at the age of 10 — the age in which MiaoMiao's parents moved to Korea in order to fulfil the dreams they had of more than one child. She was particularly torn with that decision and decided to pretend to become a trainee to get their attention again.
