Do the Masterball Manip before starting

Reset for Totodile, Worst Toto being 12/11/10/10/10, Take off Berry

Kill a level 3 pokemon to start out and then kill a lvl 3/4 after that
Pick up Hidden Potion near Mr Pokemons House
Rival 1- Leer then Scratch until it dies

After leaving elms lab catch a sentret if you see one(scratch once to weaken)

Mikey- Swap rage with scratch then rage him

Take the path with least amount of grass to Don

On the pause buffer for Don equip your berry(and use potion if 15hp or less)then go to pokegear and call mom saying no to saving money

On Route 31 if you encounter Bellsprout and havent caught Sentret yet catch it(scratch once to weaken)

Pick up Bitter Berry

Falkners Gym

Rage x3 Spearow and Scratch to finish it

Heal if less then 12HP and equip bitter berry while doing so

Rage the entire next fight

Heal for Falkner if less then 19HP

Rage all of Falkner

Take the Center and then get Egg from guy then head South

Pick up PRZBerry and then go fight Albert taking the least amount of grass tiles

Albert- Rage only if 15DV attack otherwise Scratch
Take the Bridge Path and fight Ralph(never pick up super potion unless you are under 20hp)
Ralph- Leer then Scratch x3 then head to union cave

Union Cave
 - If you encounter Sandshrew and havent caught a cut slave yet catch it(scratch once to weaken) otherwise kill it with water gun
 - If you hit Daniel dont kill anything in Union Cave
 - You can kill Geodude, Onix or Sandshrew
 - Russel Water Gun x3
 If you hit Bill Water Gun x4
 - Vulpix- Water gun+ Scratch(rage instead if its in redbar to save 3 frames)
If you hit Anthony Water Gun x4 then proceed to Azalea Town

Azalea Town
 Talk to Kurt then head to the Mart and buy 1 Potion(dont buy this if you still have 1 potion left)
 5 Super Potions, 4 Repel, 3 Antidote
 Pick up Hidden Full heal at the top of slowpoke well then go into well and dont talk to any trainers
 2 Ratata- Water Gun x4
 Zubat/Ekans- Water gun x5
 Ratata/2 Zubats- Water gun x6
 Heal before Koffing if you have under 11HP
  - Water Gun x3/4, heal during fight if you are at 5hp and your next attack wont kill him
Head to Bugsys Gym and get seen by the trainer on the right side
 Ledyba- Scratch x2
 Spinarak- Scratch if lvl 16(13dv+ attack) or if lvl 17(7+dv attack) otherwise Water gun x2
If poisoned after this fight dont heal it off for paras(just use Rage x3 instead)
Paras- Leer then Scratch x2/3, dont heal status effects during the fight
 Benny Pause buffer Equip PRZberry and heal if you are under 26hp( full heal if youre paralyzed, antidote if poisoned)
Bugsy
Rage Everything

If poisoned after the fight menu right away
If not poisoned go to 1 tile before rival 2 and use a super potion, repel, teach Fury Cutter over Rage

Rival 2
 Ghastly- Water Gun x2(full heal if are put to sleep)
 Bayleef- Fury Cutter x3, If one Razor leaf kills and you have Bellsprout swap and use a super potion on bellsprouts turn
 Zubat- Water gun x2/3 (heal Poison turn 1 if you are poisoned)Bite does 4-5 dmg

If you havent repeled yet, menu 4 tiles before the guard and use super potion+ repel
If you already repeled just go through Ilex forest and get Cut
When repel wears off use super potion, repel, teach cut(use cut from menu if you are in front of bush)
Pick up Hidden Full heal then go grab Headbutt
When Repel wears off teach headbutt over leer, then use repel and leave forest

Goldenrod City
 Go get the bike and after leaving the house menu to register bike then use bike
 Go to Whitneys gym
  - Snubbull- Headbutt x2/3 and full heal off paralysis if you are that unlucky before whitney
Whitney
 Clefairy- Fury Cutter x4
 Miltank- Fury Cutter and if miltank is locked into rollout finish with headbutt if miltank has low red bar hp otherwise fury cutter again or it will use milk drink
 Teach Bite over fury cutter(teach it over scratch if you leveled to 21 on clefairy)

After getting the badge leave the gym and bike to squirtbottle girls house
Then go grab Kenya
Then go to underground
 2 Slowpokes- Bite x2(Headbutt x2 if you have 15dv attack)
 3 Magnemites- Water gun x3, Voltorb- Headbutt

Go grab the coin case, never pick up super potion unless you have literally 0 healing items
 Leave the underground

Go to Radio Tower and get masterball then use the pc on the top left corner
  -Deposit Croconaw and Egg then withdraw croconaw
Leave Radio Tower and go to Game corner
  -Buy 50 Coins 4 times so 200 total
  -Go buy Abra then try to buy abra again(its faster then using B to leave)
Walk outside then menu
  -Swap pokemon in slot 1 for croconaw then use teleport
Go to Violet city Mart
  - Buy 5 Escape Rope
  - Buy 1 Awakening unless you still have both Full heals
  - Buy 1 X attack if you have 12+Dv Attack, otherwise buy 2(can yolo on 11 atk)
  - Buy 1 X speed
Proceed to sudowoodo and use squirtbottle
 Drowzee- Headbutt + scratch
 Ecruteak city
Go to the gym

 Ghastly x5- Bite x5
 Haunter- Bite(finish with Water gun) otherwise bite again
 Ghastly- bite, Haunter- bite + water gun, Ghastly- bite

Morty
  - Use a super potion if you got a night shade
 Ghastly- bite(water gun)
 Haunter- Use X speed, Bite + water gun
 Gengar- Bite x3(can finish with water gun instead if you know it kills), heal sleep if you are put to sleep
 Haunter- Bite + water gun
 Leave the gym

Kimono Girls
 Flareon- Swap slot 1 bite with slot 2 headbutt, Headbutt + Bite
 Espeon- Headbutt + Scratch
 Umbreon- Headbutt x2 + water gun
 Vaporeon- Headbutt x2
 Jolteon- Headbutt + Bite
 Go get surf then leave the house

As soon as you go outside do this menu
  - Super Potion if under 50 HP
  - Repel
  - Teach Surf over Scratch slot 3
  - Bike from Menu
  - Then go to Olivine City

Olivine City
  Head to mart
   - Buy 0-2 super potions(need only 1 total, can get up to 2 if you want to be safe)
   - 11 Super Repels
   - Leave Mart
 Go to Lighthouse
  Noctowl- Headbutt + surf
  Growlithe x2- Surf x2(Can kill with headbutts if you have 12-15dv attack)
  Marill- Headbutt + Bite
  If you hit Ernest surf machops then bite x2 poliwhirl
  Talk to Jasmine then go grab the rare candy then do this menu
    -Equip Bitter berry if you still have it
    -Use rare candy to evolve into feraligator
    -Use a super repel
    -Swap super repel to slot 1
    -Toss any remaining Antidotes
    -Escape rope
  Bike to go get strength
   Surf to cianwood and on the kaylee pause buffer teach strength over water gun
     Kaylee- strength everything
 Chucks gym
  Hitmonlee- Headbutt + strength
  Hitmonchan- Headbutt + strength
  Machop- Surf
  Machoke- Headbutt + strength
If you have 55 or less HP super potion and strength from menu before the boulder
  Mankey x2- strength
  Primeape- Headbutt + Strength

Chuck
 - Primeape- X attack 1/2, strength
 - Poliwrath- strength x2(headbutt if you x attacked twice) heal off sleep as necessary, yolo through confusion
Leave the gym and get fly from girl then go to house and get secretpotion
  -After walking outside use a super repel then teach fly to kenya then fly to ecruteak city(up 3)
Bike East
 If you hit benjamin Strength dugtrio and bite the others
Go talk to gyarados and catch it with your masterball
Then talk to lance and say yes to his question
Fly to Mahogany town(2 down)
 Bike to rocket hideout
 Strength x2 first guy
 Surf x 3 second guy
 Magnemite x3- surf x3 then press the switch and go around
 Get free heal from lance
  1st guy- Headbutt x2
  2nd guy- Surf x2
  3rd girl- Headbutt x2(talk again for password)
  Ditto- Headbutt
  Raticate- Headbutt(talk again for password)
  Rocket- Bite x3
Executive
  Zubat- Headbutt
  Raticate- strength
  Koffing- surf
Talk to Murkrow for password then head back
  Grab the protein and then go talk to wall
Rocket Girl
 Arbok- surf(bite)
 Gloom- strength(bite)
 Murkrow- headbutt

Electrode- Strength(bite)
Electrode- Strength(bite)
Electrode- Surf(bite), Strength it if you are planning to surf following rocket exec's koffings
 After that menu and use protein then escape rope
 Pryces Gym
  - If you hit Douglas just bite everything
  Pryce
   Seel- strength(bite)
   Dewgong- strength x2
   Piloswine- Surf
Leave the gym and fly to olivine city and go to lighthouse again
  Pick up Ether and bite all of ernest(if you hit ernest and douglas then you have to teach slash over headbutt)but those notes can be found in poys notes
  Give Jasmine Secretpotion then escape rope and bike to jasmines gym
  Jasmine Surf x3
Fly to Goldenrod City and head to mart
  Get return and buy tm33 ice punch
  Buy 2 Calciums if you have under 13 dv special
  In this order, buy 5 x special, 11 x attack, 3 x speed(2 if you have 11-14 speed dv, 1 if you have 15 dv speed), 1
  guard spec, 2 x accuracy
Leave the mart and head to radio tower
 1st guy- Headbutt x2
 2nd guy- Headbutt x2
 3rd guy- grimer x2 headbutt x2, muk Headbutt+ strength(sometimes bite can kill instead)
 4th guy- Bite koffing, strength grimer, bite everything else
 5th guy- Magnemite x3 surf x3
In the next room bonk menu into the wall on the right(check gunners record for how to do it)
  - Ether on surf
  - Calciums if you bought them
  - Teach Ice punch over slot 1 Headbutt
Then walk left and you will pass the rotator
  Porygon- Surf(bite)
Rocket Executive
 Koffing- surf
 Koffing- surf
 Koffing- surf
 Weezing- bite + surf
 Koffing- Ice Punch
 Koffing- Ice punch
Leave Radio Tower and head to Underground
 Rival 3
  Golbat with 14/15 dv ice punch(bite), if you have przberry then ice punch it with 12/13 as well, otherwise x spec and full heal off the confusion(if you have 0 full heals then ice punch)
 Magnemite- if you have przberry and didnt x spec golbat then x spec here and then surf
 Meganium- if you havent use x spec yet then do it now then use ice punch
 Haunter- ice punch
 Sneasel- surf

1st guy- Swap slot 1 ice punch with slot 2 bite then use bite
2nd guy- surf muk, bite ratata and koffing
3rd guy- bite koffing then surf muk(strength muk if you have under 10dv spec)
 Do the switches
4th guy- Growlithe- strength, koffing bite
5th guy- bite everything except magmar which you strength
6th girl- strength x2
7th guy- strength x2
8th guy- ice punch x2
9th guy- bite x2
 Talk to the director only once then teach return to slot 1 over bite then escape rope and head back to radio tower

Radio Tower part 2
 Raticate/koffing- ice punch x2
 Golbat- Ice punch(return)
 Arbok- Surf(return), Vileplume- ice punch(return), murkrow- return

Final guy- Houndoor- Return, Koffing- Ice punch, Houndoom- Surf or Return if you have only 2 surfs


 4F :    Get the Pink Bow form the pink/red lady
    Reach the 1st floor

1F :    Get the Radio Card  from the rightmost lady (A - A - B - A - B)

    Fly to Mahogany Town and reach Route 44

Route 44 :
    Path to follow :
    - Follow the south pond to dodge the rotator
    - Go right biking on the lowest tile
    - When past the female trainer, go up one tile, and continue right
    - Go up in between the ledges

    Use a Super Repel, and when the 1st Super Repel wears off :

        Heal if need to survive a Hyper Beam from Kingdra (~40-50 dmg)
        Equip the Pink Bow to Feraligatr
        Teach HM06 & HM07 to Gyarados
