1. Also known as leeets do the timeee warppp againnn
2.
3. Please note, that it has been talked about quite extensively in IRC. This is a simple post to inform and talk about this. Please only submit legit criticism or support or ideas regarding this. I want to hear from nearly every player, since this could effect everyone.
4.
5. Also, please also note that this isn't set in stone. In no way is this 100% going to happen without community support. Just like we spoke about the story reset last year (which was turned down by the community), I would like to speak about this in a responsible manner.
6.
7. I WANT to hear what you think about this beyond simple a simple "yes" or "no". I do NOT want to hear "I am uncomfortable/comfortable". There's reasons WHY YOU ARE feeling that way. TELL ME WHY YOU ARE FEELING THAT WAY! Be truthful, because I need detail in regards to see how I can smooth things over, etc

9. Presented idea:
10.
11. A story time jump of 20 years.
12.
13.
14. Ways to do this:
15. What seems to be getting the most agreement is time hops of 5 years every month. This would mean at the end of a month, the time would hop exactly 5 years and that month would be played out. This allows for momentary playing of those years.
16. There would be separate sections in the in-character post sections for each 'hop'. They will be labeled with a range of years. This is so you do NOT miss out on any development that you hoped to play through. Even when we are in the 10th year and you want to go back and play something through the 5th year, that forum will be open for you.
17.
18.
19. When we would do this:
20. During the next intermission. We would NOT end the intermission until everyone is comfortable at the 20 year mark.
21.
22.
23. Reasons Why:
24. +Many players have characters who have children. This gives them an opportunity to play these characters in a better manner. Any lower, it would make the characters that awkward teenage year, which yes, is fun to play, but it would make a LARGE group into that. There is also the possibility of characters having children later in the time skip so they don't have to be 20 ;)
25. +A time skip of 20 years would not effect a very large group of characters concerning death from age. Any higher, it would.
26. +At the moment, it feels as if everything is scrunched up into two years story wise. It's awkward to read about (hey guys, remember when Prontera was attacked by Valhallans? And then the undead later that year? And then this and this....)
27. +Characters should take more time to 'train' and 'learn'. This would make quite a number of characters quite knowledgeable, which helps expand on lore.
28. +This also allows currently played characters to become 'legends' among themselves. Remember that guy who helped defend the queen from a general?! Or what about the one who attempted to kill the Elven leader? Or that amazing medic who saved so many people in the war? Do you remember the war?! Geesh! So many veterans!
29. +Allow for certain story elements 'fester'. Examples: the virus, the undead curse, etc.
30.
31. I WILL be editing this post as more ideas pop up. Thank you for your time :)
