To preform this, you must have a comp (with iTunes, although Windows Media Player may work)), your iPad charger, and your iPad.

Step 1: On your computer, download the music you want. I don't care how. Just get the music file onto your computer.
Step 2: Plug in your charger into your iPad, and connect the other end to the computer.
Step 3: Use the "Sync" button in iTunes (or maybe Windows Media Player) on your computer to put all of the music on your computer onto your iPad.
Step 4: ???
Step 5: Profit.
