Can I ask you something
Just looking for advice really, basically i'm a mod in a server with an owner that just refuses outright to take any administrative action against members who continually and repeatedly harass and threaten people when they start raging. We have a role that quarantines people to a specific channel but she doesn't even let us mute them. I honestly love the community but it's being ruined by this under the guise of "FREE SPEECH, NIGGERS". She refuses to put hard rules in and disregards even discord TOS.

Basically the fuck am I supposed to do

Hmm if i were in that situation i would either stage a coup or if the other staff members take her side over yours i would just say fuck it and step down from staff and consider finding another community that fits your specific wants/needs that appreciates the time and energy you put in and values the input of the community
But then again i have a problem with authority so my go to is always forceful takeover :joy:
