  16. How long have you been playing on InvadedLands?
  17. I have been playing on the server since 2020 February 9-10 and now the date is 26 June 2020 so I have been playing on invadedlands for 4 months and 16-18 days which is enough to apply.

  19. Have you ever been punished on InvadedLands?
  20. No, I have never been banned, muted, blacklisted not even kicked from the server or punished in any way and I intend to keep it that way.

  28. What skills do you feel you have that will help the community?
  29. I would say that I have excellent knowledge of commands and configurations and most things regarding the technical side of being staff. With that being said I am able to stay focused on my job while executing complicated commands. I have tested and used countless plugins in my server, some of these are moderation plugins similar to invadedlands. On all these plugins I have excellent experience in commands. Here are some of these plugins.

  31. * Litebans (which if not your plugin features all the features I have seen in various videos of zelk and skeppy (no I am NOT applying to meet skeppy). These features include, but are not limited to: Muting the chat, silent bans, checking for alt accounts, muting kicking, and all punishments in pretty much the same format.

  33. * GrantX (features the /grant and /grants command and is basically a remake of the invadedlands plugin. (It is unlikely a moderator will use these but I still want to provide as much info as possible.

  35. * UltraStaffChat (Uses the same format to talk in staff chat (#message)

  37. I also have great knowledge of many plugins like essentials, WE... but these are generic and everyone uses them so I won't list them here.

  39. *Another skill I have is the ability to multitask. I can communicate in discord or messages and at the same time be focused in-game to try and find rule breakers.
  40. *I am very patient and dedicated to the work I do in any server, and so I can wait for long periods of time without results and still work with the same energy for your server.
  41. *I can also easily communicate in English and Greek and I am also trying to learn German.
  42. *I am very helpful towards players and other people in all games I play and some times IRL, *I also try and help the admins and moderators by reporting all rule-breakers and giving proof they were breaking the rules.

  44. *I am a really fast learner and dedicated to perfecting what I do. If there is anything I can not do as a staff member, I will learn how to do so in a couple of days maybe hours since I want to help the server in any way possible.

  46. What past moderating experiences do you have?
  47. I like to split the moderating experience into 2 parts the technical part and the first-hand-experience part. This way it is easier for me to list my experiences and skills as a moderator and it is easier for you to read them.

  51. As I said in my skills section I have good/excellent knowledge of commands and plugins. This happens because I have made many servers of my own in all hosts including shockbyte, apex hosting, aternos, localhost server, etc. Some of these were failures but this didn't let me down and I kept making new ones fixing the mistakes I made. All these servers gave me good experience in everything regarding the "technical" part of moderating since I did both the development and moderating of these servers because I had no staff. I am currently making a server, it is still a work in progress but I have opened it just in case you want to take a look. This is the IP: 142.44.170.37:25650. I have also made a website for the server by myself self and I have also made a discord with the help of my friend even though I know how to make one by my self.   53. Now regarding the actual moderating experience on servers:

  55. I have been a moderator, helper, and even admin/manager on many small servers. Some which were owned by my friends, some by complete strangers, in there I learned everything I need to know to become staff and as I said in the skills section I am a fast learner and I will easily learn something I don't already know just from being part of your team for a few days/hours maybe even minutes. If you don't believe me (because I know you get a lot of people lying) I have some screenshots of me being a helper and later moderator on a server called wildinmc run by tylomc a Minecraft YouTuber. In these servers, I did deal with some chat offenders and hackers/cheaters which gave me an understanding of how to detect them and punish them. Regarding cheat detection, I have also used many hacked clients on anarchy servers such as 8b8t.xyz, oldfag.org and on singleplayer worlds (some clients include impact and wurst the 2 most famous examples. So I have experience at detecting most forms of cheats.)

Overall I know my experience may not sound sufficient for such a large server, but I have gained every bit of knowledge I could and have studied countless hours just because I love moderating and being able to make servers/games better and more fun for the community by punishing those who ruin it and break its rules. If you hire me or at least give me a chance at an interview you will not regret it.

  70. What languages can you speak fluently?
  71. I can speak Greek and English. I am also learning German but I can't speak it fluently.

  73. Why would you be a good fit for staff?
  74. I believe I would be a good fit for staff because I simply have the will and the skills/knowledge to become one. I know how to use all commands and plugins, I have memorized the rules and allowed and disallowed mods/clients. I am great at communicating and working in a team and I can also work by my self really easily and efficiently. I am patient and willing to work for long periods of time to get the wanted results. I know when to be funny and act in a joking way and when to be serious and professional. I will have no/minimal false punishments since I know how to detect hacks and cheats and will always require proof before banning/punishing, someone. I always record when playing the game just in case I find a cheater and I know how to edit and upload these recordings since I have a youtube channel. I can easily learn new skills and commands. I will always work in order to perfect myself. I love being staff and moderating. I love invaded lands, its players and the staff team. And at the end I dislike people who are toxic, spam, annoy others, and cheat and I would love to contribute to making the server better.

I can play every day for around 2-3 hours 4 rarely and I will not be away because I always take my pc on vacaton, if however I hhave to be away I will notify. Regarding the Do you know any of our current staff members? question I do not know them personally but I am always kind with staff and I have chatted with them some times. And also one last thing. You didn't actually list many applicable skills, you listed plugins you've had administrative experience with and that you have proficiency in, but that does not tell me that you'll be a good moderator. Your technological experience is also impressive, but not relevant to the position. Overall, the majority of information you've given doesn't accurately answer the questions given to you or show that you would be a good moderator here.
