They do sell other states but unless you can pull off a southern accent, these are the states to choose from. Ohio and Illinois are the best in terms of quality, with Illinois apparently passing in-state. I am out of state, so I will be ordering an Illinois. A review said the Illinois could pass in most gas stations and regular bars, but probably not in high class bars and most clubs. Its your decision, but I will not be responsible if you get yours taken away. I am also not ordering these again after this order. I'd say, if you have any doubt in your mind, go with the Ohio, Connecticut, or New Hampshire.
