1. How often do you use the engineering design process at work?

	I use parts of the engineering design process every day, though I only use it in full when I'm starting a project from scratch.

2. What kinds of projects have you worked on?

	Everything from residential to heavy industrial to sapphire plants to pulp-and-paper.

3. How do you incorporate new technology into your work?

	Since I started, there's constantly been a new flow of technology. That also means we have to adapt and learn the new technology to
 	get better at our jobs.

4. What does your company prioritize in its jobs?

	Core competency, which means what we're good at, long-term costumers, perceived risk, and historical performance.

5. What leads up to a new building?

	Determination of need (What do we need for this?)

	Project parameters (Certain square footage, cleanliness, etc.)

	Determine budget
