Comparing relative RNG (best vs best/worst vs worst) across versions would yield a 6.269-15.503s disadvantage for JP ePSXe 1.9.0 over PS1 Eng, but I don't think any emulator player who prefers playing on JP version would care about this (since if they really wanted to be on an even playing field with console they could just play Eng ver and use load time conversions, and emulator players are usually accustomed to playing at a disadvantage because of frame rate disparities and the like).

  9. What do you think, Joka? Would it be possible to forgo load time conversions for JP ePSXe 1.9.0 runs (since it is impossible for them to have an advantage over console Eng ver) while still keeping the load time conversions for ePSXe 1.9.0 Eng and PC runs?
