- You should also show best JP RNG to worst Eng RNG, Qtt.
- So for Zero this means Eng has a 38.273s *minimum* advantage over JP, which is is 1.903s greater than the 36.37s load time advantage that ePSXe 1.9.0 has and it is subsequently impossible for JP ePSXe 1.9.0 to ever be faster than PS1 Eng ver, so there is no need for load time conversions for JP ePSXe 1.9.0 runs (not to mention the chances of a JP ePSXe 1.9.0 run coming this close to a PS1 Eng ver run are approx 1/282 billion, lol). Comparing relative RNG (best vs best/worst vs worst) across versions would yield a 6.269-15.503s disadvantage for JP ePSXe 1.9.0 over PS1 Eng, but I don't think any emulator player who prefers playing on JP version would care about this (since if they really wanted to be on an even playing field with console they could just play Eng ver and use load time conversions, and emulator players are usually accustomed to playing at a disadvantage because of frame rate disparities and the like).
- X, then, has a 38.398s *minimum* advantage in Eng ver compared to JP, which is respectively 1.098s and 2.578s greater than the 37.3s(100%) and 35.82s(Any%/Low%) load time advantages for ePSXe 1.9.0 over PS1.
- What do you think, Joka? Would it be possible to forgo load time conversions for JP ePSXe 1.9.0 runs (since it is impossible for them to have an advantage over console Eng ver) while still keeping the load time conversions for ePSXe 1.9.0 Eng and PC runs?
