BY REGISTERING FOR AND ENTERING THIS GAME SHOW, YOU FULLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT REGISTER FOR THIS GAME SHOW AND DO NOT SUBMIT AN ENTRY.

Facebook is not a sponsor nor an administrator of the game and Players understand and agree that Facebook has not made nor will it make any representations or warranties regarding the selection of questions and/or answers used in this game or the veracity or accuracy of their sourcing, including, but not limited to, the possibility of alternate answers to such questions, or the correctness, completeness, accuracy or incorrectness of any answer. As it pertains to Facebook, the waivers, releases and indemnities in these rules expressly apply to such sourcing inaccuracies, alternate answers, decisions of [Producer] or other matters relating to the questions used and/or answers supplied as part of the playing of the Game.
c.	Facebook is an express, intended third party beneficiary of [this Agreement], with full standing to enforce each, every, any and all of its provisions as if it wasan express party thereto.
d.	By participating in this game show and playing the game, you, your assignees, heirs, distributees, guardians, successors, executors and/or legal representatives hereby release and discharge Facebook from any and all claims, penalties, liabilities, injuries, damages, and/or losses arising out of your participation on this game show and/or playing the game, including, but not limited to, eligibility determinations, your reliance on the answers or decisions of other game participants, the statements or actions of any host or talent on the program, any and all determinations and decisions regarding the correctness, completeness, accuracy or incorrectness of any answer in the game, cancellation of the program or any game therein, the awarding of (including failure to pay taxes) or failure to award any prizes, technical difficulties or malfunctions, mechanical failures, transmission disruptions or delays or other irregularities of any kind.

2.	Eligibility:-
a.	This Bollywood trivia-based quiz game show is only eligible for players in India. Players have to be Indian Residents in accordance with Indian Laws. Non-Resident Indians are not eligible to be participants.
b.	Players have to be 18 years and above.
c.	There is no entry fee to participate in the game.
d.	Players should have a bank account in India.
e.	Players should have an updated version of Facebook mobile application. This game can only be played on the updated version of the Facebook mobile application.
f.	Players have to join the live game show at the scheduled time when it is broadcasted on Facebook.

3.	Judging Criteria:-
a.	All the questions asked in one given episode are to be answered correctly to claim the prize money.
b.	One incorrect answer will disqualify the Players to claim the prize money.
c.	All the questions are to be answered within the time limit depicted in the game show. Any answer beyond the time limit will be nullified and the Player will be disqualified to claim the prize money.
d.	Players agree to abide by the decisions of Pinkvilla, which are final and binding in all respects.

4.	Prize Money :-
a.	Total Prize money per episode will be distributed equally amongst all the winners who have answered all the questions correctly in the given episode.
b.	Winners will be contacted directly by email. List of winners will also be published on https://www.facebook.com/jhacaaash

5.	Prize money redemption:-
a.	Proportionate Prize money to each winner will be credited in their respective bank account provided by the Players
b.	Each winner will have to provide their email address and their contact numbers.
c.	Winners will be contacted by Pinkvilla on the given email address and contact details, whereby winners will provide their bank details, to enable Pinkvilla to disburse the requisite Prize money.
d.	Pinkvilla will disburse the Prize money, upon the receipt of the bank details of the respective Winner, within 3-5 working days. (“working days” herein shall mean and include any day other than a weekend, public holiday in India, 2nd& 4th Saturday in every month or any day that banks generally are, or a named bank is, open for business.
e.	Incorrect Bank details or any other incorrect information provided by Winners will result in forfeiture of their prize money. After forfeiture, no further claims will be entertained and it shall be deemed to be waived by the concerned winner .


6.	Tax Considerations If Any:-
a.	Each Winner is solely responsible for any local, provincial, state, central, or any other applicable taxes if any, and any other costs, expenses and fees connected with the prize.
b.	Pinkvilla will deduct TDS at the prevailing rate of 30% under section 194(b) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, plus applicable surcharge and cess, on the prize money of Rs.10,000/- and more.
c.	Pinkvilla, will abide by any changes in the tax policy regulated by the government from time to time and the same will be implemented in the prize money payout.

7.	General conditions:-
a.	In addition, and without limiting any other provision in these Official Rules, Pinkvilla reserves the right to disqualify any Player that commits any act or does anything that is or shall be an offense involving moral turpitude under central, state, or local laws, or which association with such Player could bring Pinkvilla into public embarrassment, disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule, or which association insults or offends the community or any substantial organized group thereof, or which might tend to injure the success of the Game.
b.	In the event of noncompliance, if the winner cannot be reached through the contact information provided on winner's entry, the prize notification will be returned as unclaimed or undeliverable and the same shall be forfeited.
c.	Pinkvilla reserves the right in its absolute and sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Game.
d.	Without limiting the foregoing, in addition, if for any reason the Game is not capable of running as planned, including due to fraud, foul play, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, technical failures, human error, or any other causes beyond the control of Pinkvilla that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Game, Pinkvilla reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Game
e.	Personal information (that which identifies the individual and is submitted in the Entry) will only be used to contact Playersduring the course of the Game or in the event of potential prize award. No information will be distributed/published/mentioned with/ on any vendors/ clients/ agencies/platform (internet, newspapers, magazines etc.)
f.	Players will be personally responsible for any derogatory and offensive comments written by them and Pinkvilla will in no manner be held responsible. Such attempt is intolerable and any usage of derogatory, offensive, socially unacceptable, swear, or cuss words will amount to disqualification and suspension of the user account.
g.	Each Player will maintain, use and control only one Account on the Service. Each Account on the Service may only be owned, maintained, used and controlled by one individual. In the event it is determined that Player has opened, maintained, used or controlled more than one Account to play this game, in addition to any other rights that Pinkvilla may have, Pinkvilla reserves the right to suspend or terminate any or all of your accounts and revoke the awarding of any Prizes.
h.	Players understand that the views and opinions of the host/s of the show, is/are their own and not necessarily representative of the views and opinions of Pinkvilla or its employees, and Pinkvilla assumes no responsibility for the Content, accuracy, or views of or opinions expressed by such hosts.
i.	EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS IMPLIED BY LAW WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, PINKVILLA MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE QUALITY OR SUITABILITY OF THE PRIZE.

8.	Pinkvilla's Rights To Game Entries:-
a.	By entering, Players represents and warrants to Pinkvilla that its Entry and all information therein is accurate and truthful to the best of Player’s knowledge, and further represents and warrants that the Entry does not contain any confidential or proprietary information of any other entity, organization or third party, false information or information not belonging to you as a Player.
b.	Players hereby agree not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against Pinkvillaor its affiliates, or any other person, on the grounds that any use of the Entry, or any derivative works infringe any of Player's or any third parties' rights.

9.	Legitimate Winner

a.	Winners should be Indian as per Indian Laws
b.	Winners should be 18 years and above
c.	Winners should have a bank account
d.	Winners should provide correct and accurate information as required
e.	Winners should provide their PAN card and valid id proof, i.e. Passport/Voter ID Card
10.	Indemnification: -
Players shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pinkvilla, their affiliates and each of their respective employees, contractors, directors, suppliers and representatives from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from or relate to Player’s use or misuse of, or access to, the Services, Content, or otherwise from Player’s User Content, violation of these Terms of Use, or infringement by Player, or any third party using Player’s Account or identity in the Services, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
11.	Limitation of Liability: -
In no event shall Pinkvilla, nor their directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers or content providers, be liable under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence or any other legal or equitable theory with respect to the services (i) for any data loss damages of any kind whatsoever (however arising), (ii) for any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like (regardless of the source of origination).
12.	DISPUTES:
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Game or these Official Rules, or the breach thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in Mumbai as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act as amended from time to time, before the Sole Arbitrator.
