<font face="Times New Roman" size="4" color="white">The Department of Community Affairs is currently looking for a Director of Networking! The Director of Networking position is a somewhat easy position, but also a very important position. Successful work within the position will guarantee you advancement within the administration team and will earn you much respect! If you were to take on the task of being the Director of Networking, your responsibilities include:</font>
<b><font face="Times New Roman" size="4" color="gree"><ul>
<li>Hiring and overseeing all of the Networking Moderators as their direct supervisor.</li>
<li>Managing the NGG Facebook Page.</li>
<li>Working with the MultiMedia team and yourself to produce graphic and video content for the YouTube channel and other Social Media outlets.</li>
<li>Assisting in the production of a monthly newsletter sent to all subscribed members of Next Generation Gaming.</li>
<li>Hosting occasional social media events, granting you the ability to give away X amount of credit(s) or other prizes.</li>
</ul></font></b><br>

<font face="Times New Roman" size="4" color="white">The requirements in order to be eligible in applying for this position include:
<ul>
<li>Being fluent in the English language, both orally and gramatically.</li>
<li>Holding the rank of at least <b><font color="gree">General Administrator</font></b>.</li>
<li>The ability to be dedicated to this position, as well as active.</li>
<li>Willing to commit to a minimum of 2 months to the position.</li>
</ul></font><br>
<font face="Times New Roman" size="4" color="white">This position is a <font color="gree"><b>Leadership General Administrator</b></font> position, which lowers your required shift count to 9 shifts, allowing you more time to focus on other tasks/subjects.</font><br>
