- Uri - Fire & Sand
- Uri starts his day off as usual, training on the beach, trying to control his flame. But he realized, that he would never get anywhere if he continued to train on his own, the world did not function on isolation. That is why, he went back to the town, seeking out Miura a fellow fighter although armed, who also uses the spells of fire. Uri would want this man to push him towards his limits, so that he could discover and destroy them later on. Long story short, Uri won the spars against Miura, but his flames still needed work, to be polished and more focused onto his fist.
- 10:50] With the time he had available to him. Uri would take these moments of silence, to go out. to train and better himself for the future...After all...With his sister long gone, Osrona would need another protector, someone who could step up and assume the mantle of the Wildfire... But Uri would do much more than that... See he would not be a member of Osrona's Order but rather... A sort of Vigilante... Someone behind a mask, someone who could act for the peoples voice even though...
- Even though he could barely hear their cries under the fear of war ahead...But young Uri wouldn't back down. He knew what was coming and knew he would have to take action. "If I am to work towards strength, with my sisters flame now apart of me... I will... Become that inferno, and I will burn all those who oppose us to the ground... With or without the help of Osrona…"
- He smiles at the water... "This is all for you... Petrakis family... My dear friends. Alexander, andmost importantly, you Marie... This is for you my love that I'll never have." He took a long stare out into the water... Becoming calm through the oceans melody of waves crashing against the sand. This was this natural flow of the beach, no?
- Not too long after, Uri would get into a fighting stance after taking off his top, placing his armor onto the ground... And around him would forge the flames of his fire shroud, a basic aura he was looking to advance even further...
- Uri through a punch into the air, as he tried to coat his fist into a fine flame... He tossed a kick and would do the same. He leapt as high as he could to try and gain ground for his methods of movement when fighting as if he were fire... This was his training, and he was damn good at it... "I will become the Phoenix Symbol of Osrona… One way, or another..." Said the young Sanctum... As he shadow boxed on a routine level of training.

- [11:03] Uri Sanctum asks, "Miura... Mind if I ask you something?"
- [11:04] Miura says, "Course."
- [11:04] Miura asks, "What's the issue, pal'?"
- [11:04] Uri Sanctum says, "You're an armed fighter who uses fire."
- [11:04] Uri Sanctum says, "I need you to push me to something I'm working towards achieving..."
- [11:04] Miura says, "Mmm....? Interestin' spectacle we have here."
- [11:04] Uri Sanctum says, "Fire swordsmen are gifted with the ifrit style, and I want to develop an ability to rival that."
- [11:05] Miura says, "Yeah. I don't mind."
- [11:05] Miura says, "I'll help. I've gotta see that fiery passion of ya'."
- [11:06] Uri Sanctum says, "Alright, to the arena then."
- [11:06] Uri Sanctum says, "I'm still missing one essential ability but."
- [11:06] Uri Sanctum says, "I'll manage."
- [11:06] Miura exclaims, "No issue!"
- [11:10] Upon entering the arena...Uri had a lot of sand on his armor from his training at the beach. But now, he was calm, he had more of a focused mind and so, he would attempt at that ability once more. He'd let the fire shroud come around his body, just as the air was natural for him to breathe, fire was natural for the Sanctum to hone in battle... That's when Uri made it clear to Miura...
- "Alright, I'm going to be making several attempts, but that doesn't mean you have to go easy on me... Even though I am a medic, I can easily fend for myself, just as I did against those Rhoynish on the bridge... I'm unsure if my victory was by luck or through years of training but..."
- He got into the stance of the Iron Fist, trying to adapt, trying to infuse fire with those hardened fist. "I've made many changes recently... So I don't fight the same as I used to... And from this day on, through my sisters inherited will and spirit, I'll do things differently from now on.." He stares to Miura with a welcoming smile. After all, they were comrades, even if Uri was going to leave the order...
- The Birth of a Vigilante...

- [11:17] There had been quite the interchangeable difference from the Uri that Miura had once conversed with years prior to this event, and the Uri that stood before him now. The new represented a refined warrior, whereas the old had been the definition of a shell waiting to crack open at any time.
- And it seemed Faira was that push. A solemn gaze conveyed its pathway towards Uri, all the whilst pitying the experience he must have went through, albeit shrouded by the visage of a fighter.
- It didn't matter. Miura wanted to see the remaining Sanctum avenge his Sister in cold blood. And, if he had to force it out of Uri, he would.
- Suddenly, shining steel was gripped by Miura's right, slicing through the air in a aggressive posture.
- Not before long, he ignited it with flames, awaiting battle.
- "I'll reciprocate your feelings."
- (Miura)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [11:23] Uri would rush forward as the spar bad finally begun. He had to move around his target, as they both utilized flames, they both were going to be explosive through their movement when going towards each other... From this Uri learned just how valuable the explosion arts were to people like him, to people who fought close ranged and how easily it could change the playing field..
- "I see your talents at great use Faira.." Uri would try his hardest, to push on as his flames would emit the burn of the overheat technique...Or at least he would try to.. Now this attempt was not successful, but he fought with the flames all the same. He had to push himself more, he had to keep trying if he would honor his sisters name... The Iron Fist could only help him so much, but what will happen once the Iron is melted by the same flame that slain his sister?
- This made Uri a bit frustrated but proud that he was winning the spar, because he saw a result when fighting fire against fire... "Let's keep at it Miura... Your explosion abilities are what I'm after as well... Faira could blow things up easily... So I need to know how it feels once more if I am to use it.. To protect my family and recover my cousin Grey from the Rhoynish…"
- He got into a fighting stance once again, "Come on, let's continue.. Round Two of this Inferno dance..."
- (Uri Sanctum)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- 11:28] Nodding, the youth held the hilt of his Sword once more, two hazel pupils drenched in determination. Readjusting his stance, Miura would step his right leg forward, spacing both limbs from one another.
- This time, he would raise his steel higher, allowing it so that the Central ridge could level with his nose, the two eyes and face becoming the only visible part.
- With that being said, he charged forward once more.
- (Miura)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [11:29] {Won Restrained RPB against Miura}
- [11:33] Something about this was off. He would continue to pour his energy of flames into his hands... "Be with me Faira.." He thought of his sister.. Picturing her as if she were the one giving heat to his flames. But, again, it was off, something would feel strange to Uri... This Inferno flame was not proper, it was not well thought out or complete as he thought it would be. But, just how far was he and how close would he even be at this point to achieving it...
- After all, he was young, maybe it would take some more years of practice, though now, it wouldn't hurt, to try and develop the Inferno, for all that he could. "I'm missing something... And I don't know what it is... This feels familiar, but it also feels foreign, I wonder what it is..."
- The spar was brought to an end, with Uri;s victory blow being from a Nova beam in the first round, and finally, a heavy right from the second. He felt as though, Miura was also struggling with this day.. Something was off, but could they even piece the puzzles together? Well, one would have to eventually find out.
- "That was a good match, but, were you doing your actual best? Something felt off... Or are you unable to react?" He asked his sparring partner.
- (Uri Sanctum)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- 11:42] It wasn't out of sorrow, empathy or any sympathy that Miura acted in such a manner. The usual disposition the youth carried around his back akin to that of a burden was not present. As conceited as he believed it was, the medic's eyes were as keen as ever.
- Rising to his knees once more, the embers subsided, calling Miura to stand once more. There was no smile worn, not in the least. Rather, it was more so a glimpse of anger. Albeit only momentarily, his face was boiled in rage.
- "Are you okay with this, Uri? Don't you want to destroy her killer? Watch him bathe in cold blood? Your fire... it does not burn hot enough. And as long as it stays this cold, it won't be able to eviscerate your opponent."
- Miura was blatantly being honest. It had be done, it had to be said in order for the Sanctum to improve rapidly. Thereafter speaking, His pupils looked down to the dojo mat, remembering his spars with Faira.
- "You're the only one that can avenge her. And... if you want to do so with fire this cold, lacking any sort of heat, you will fail miserably, Uri."
- It had been a mouthful, though it was the hard truth. With that said, he would sheathe his Sword once more, awaiting the Doctor's response.
- (Miura)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [11:49] Uri would turn his gaze onto Miura once more, stopping in his tracks as he was initially walking away. "My flames... Are cold?" He would ask, looking at his hands, hardened from the stance of the Iron Fist... "I know I need to do better, and I..." He makes his hands, both of them into a solid fist... Heat emitting from them but just barely as he re-ignites the flame around him...
- "I won't let anyone else die like that again," said Uri as he spots Cetta and Esbern in the background. "I won't bury another one of my friends or family.." He closed his eyes for this moment. Letting his arms fall limp on his sides... He took steady and long breaths... Inhaling for the flames around him to grow... Exhaling for those flames to die down...
- He would repeat this process... For those flames to grow, for that rage and focus to be his fuel. "Alright... If we shall go again, then I will.. I need to know where my limits are, so that I may break them," said the Young medic.. He would not get into a stance, for that was meaningless in a fight as it was... He knew that in war, your opponents will never allow you the time to get yourself into a fighting position.
- (Uri Sanctum)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- 12:03] No, not quite yet. As an experienced fire user as himself, Miura could respond accordingly to the flares produced by Uri.
- Taking his steel up once more, he waved it inside a more appropriate style, igniting embers once more. However this time, not only did his style sufficiently change, the pressure at which he persisted against his opponent would heighten.
- Accompanied by this was a fiery passion, one that aspired to have Uri succumb to hotter flames.
- "Not hot enough. They're too young, cold and lacking a reason behind them. Is avenging Faira just all you seek to do once your fire achieves its limit? If so... You ain't about to get close to your goal. You need to ascend past that, past your fears. "
- With that being said, a smirk entered Miura's countenance, daring Uri to attack once more.
- (Miura)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [12:08] Standing there before the opponent of his. Uri would hunch over, this was natural for him to do before he'd dash into battle. Like an animal attacking an outsider for its territory... Uri would do the same as the heat within his flames were just that... Reactive, to his attitude and will power.
- "No, I seek to defend Alexander and Marie from certain harm... I'll be more than just a knight, I'll be the Phoenix of Osrona!" The flames sparked from his aggression. Now if they would be condensed into his fist in order to achieve a hotter flame was the question at hand. If Uri would one day achieve this dream, he'd have to push himself beyond these current limits...
- Limits of which, were being tested by Miura and his words to see if there was some purity to Uri's motives, to his ambition to avenge his sister. "My fist will contain these flames eventually, and with it... Pure dominance over all things that is fire, for I will be the rising Sun." Uri waits finally goes in towards his opponent! If he were ready!
- (Uri Sanctum)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- 12:23] There it was. This time, Miura had been on the offense, without regard to how much damage he was withholding against him. The steel glistened through the battle, carrying the livid nature of flames within it. It wanted flesh, it wanted to burn.
- "Uri! Burn hotter! You've found what you want, what you wish to overcome. . . So become a beacon to your aspirations. With flames this cold, how do you expect to defend King Alex -- Marie, and... avenge your sister with fire this cold?"
- Once more, the teenager rage boiled. He needed to push Uri, so that his fire could live up his sister Wildfire.
- "Not hot enough. Not hot enough!!"
- (Miura)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [12:24] What was this? Surely, he calculated this the right way. His flames should be pouring into his fist and the fight should be on to his own advantage... What was this? How could Uri compete with a stance as powerful as the Ifrit, a raging demon? The young Medic would be knocked onto the ground by Miuras abilities...
- "I won't allow myself to quit... I have an honor for this town that I must uphold..."
- He was panting, as he felt the explosions of Miura's attacks land onto him so violently... The same abilities he would push himself to one day achieve. "I was sloppy... I need to get better," said the distressed Sanctum. "There is nothing noble about weakness, not unless there is a lot of coin involved, and that's something I don't have.."
- "Hng!" The teen grunts, to ignite his flames and again, try to focus the heat onto his fist for the upcoming round!
- (Uri Sanctum)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- You've Won Round 2... Final Round!
- [12:30] Rushing through the battle... It came to a close end as Miura's flames grew hotter and hotter, becoming more violent by the second... And so did Uri's, focusing his heat onto his flames with little to NO effect to becoming a true inferno.. "Dammit, I'm almost there..." He would have to push himself harder and harder for this round to count, for this round to give him something and actually have him progress to a higher degree of training.
- "Ha!" The teen shouts as he would hurl himself forward in a mixture of fire and star energy, combining the two together for an even greater effect. For this was the Meteor dash and Uri supplied the heat for it to work... "That was good, it helped me a lot but... This isn't hot enough... Breathe...Think...Ignite, expand and overcome..." He would think about the words Faira would likely say..
- After all, this was a battle between flames.. Unarmed against the arts of the sword... And Unarmed itself, was inferior in terms of raw power as well as ability.. Uri had to make sure that he could fill in the void of power and reach that goal.. "Let's do end this tie breaker!" he exclaims while getting into another stance, again trying to perfect a sloppy Inferno Fist.
- (Uri Sanctum)
- [12:34] Strong. Miura's persistence in bringing Uri's passion to fruition had evidently been successful, so much so that it even downed the Youth in an aggressive manner. It was a sight to behold, his very friend dancing his way through his own flames, burning over them.
- Fist and Sword alike clashed, disturbing the youth's posture and ultimately breaking through his stance. A fist drenched in fire collided with his face, pushing him back.
- Although, the battle was not yet over. Gripping the pommel of his Sword, Miura's hands slipped to the hilt, before dashing forward once more.
- "Indeed. Let's end this...!" He said, hazel pupils flaming up to that of a much more orange-hue.
- (Miura)
- YOU HAVE WON THE FINAL ROUND!
- Uri Sanctum Emerges Victorious!
- 12:43] Ready, he would dash forward, not sure if it was it was pure luck or coincidence but the world seemed to skip a beat for but a few moments.. It seemed like everyone was affected by this form of, lag? Maybe, it gave Uri some advantage, or maybe it just made the two delay from getting close to one another in this final round... But, the spar took place regardless..
- Heat emitting from the both of them, and with such explosions causing heavy damage, Uri knew that he would have to try and end this as quick as possible, which is why he utilized the nova ray of the stars, to chip away as much of his targets endurance as he possibly could... "More...More..." He said to himself for the heat within his fist was only gathering for the time..
- As the spar leads on, Uri found himself exchanging blows with Miura just before he would bring it all to an end with the Lariat, an ability that followed him with a trail of flames behind the lad. But the heat within his fist would burn immensely, just as it did the day he defeated Cruinne, the mountain of the Rhoynish and his former mentor... It brought that painful memory back, but Uri would have to use this pain as a strength, so that his fire would have some fuel to burn from.
- "I'm not quite there yet... Maybe, its because I am not old enough, but, the flames are being nurtured through hard task such as this, and the war to come... Thank you Miura, I owe you for pushing me like this, truly," Uri spoke with gratitude as he actually did need this tap... After all, rage was like gravity, all it would take is a little push in order for someone to explode in a fiery rage.
- (Uri Sanctum)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [12:50] Steel and fist clashed, sparks flying across the dojo's mat. Material burned, soot released and floor darkened, until the Victor had been decided. It was Uri who stood up out of the two, after their battle in the flames.
- The spar was successful. It foresaw the potential Uri held, as did it act as a lecture to Miura. His level of skill hadn't been enough at the current moment, as if he wished to better his Swordsmanship, it would require much more training from hereafter.
- Clutching his right fist, Miura would slowly rise up to his feet, before sheathing his Sword.
- "I hear you. I've been walking in a single path for too long, and I think it's time I find a way to better my skill as a swordsman."
- A clenched knuckle slammed his naked palm, cracking it.
- "This was a lesson. Thank you."
- Thereafter, he returned to the seats, dissipating his flames.
- (Miura)
- --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- [12:54] Taking a calm exhale of a breath. The flames around him would fade away and Uri would be left standing at the middle of the arena or rather its close end of the eastern side. "We'll get better, this I know... After all, we're combatants of the flame, right? And it only burns and burns, till there is no more fuel to satisfy its flame."
- He had to take a breather though, Miura was no easy fight. One wrong move and either of them would end up in a dead lock combo made by the other. This was the type of fight that would happen on the battlefields of war after all... Even though he was relaxed now, his mind was still on that topic... War, and how he will fair against the Rhoynish if they manage to get to the hospital while he and Elora worked on many soldiers to send back out into the battlefield.
