CosmicPE Discord Chat Rules

**__Welcome to the🌌 CosmicPE 🌌Discord!__**



ℹ **The rules listed here are in placement to keep yourself, and others safe on the discord. Please take time to read them and keep to each one at all times, not following the rules below will result in the punishment stated next to them.**



__Spamming__

I. No spamming of any sort, this includes spamming bot commands, texts or tagging. Please try to keep excessive chat moderate and in #player_lounge. **Spamming will result in a warning, then a 1 day mute.**



__Advertising__

II. We do not accept advertising of other Minecraft server IP addresses, nor do we accept discord invite advertising. We do however allow YouTube, Twitch, etc advertising of videos but if these videos contain discord invite links or Minecraft IP addresses we will remove the video. **Advertising discord invite links or Minecraft IP addresses will result in a warn, then a mute for 5 hours. If this behaviour continues you will eventually be kicked, then banned.**



__Harassment__

III. Harassment is simply not allowed on the server, it is however allowed if the person receiving the "harassment" is laughing with it. **If you however do not like messages you are receiving from a specific user please block them. If it gets constant in which they are doing something like making more accounts to harass you, please contact a staff. If it continues after blocking then you will be muted for 12 hours.**



__Threatening__

IV.  Threatening is something we take very seriously in the cosmic community. **If seen attempting to ddos/dox someone in the cosmic discord or threaten to you will be banned from our discord without warning.**



__Incorrect channel usage__

V. Please use the channels correctly, their use is in the channel description, if you cannot find the channel description please ask a staff member. **Using the wrong channel will result in a warn, and then a 1 hour mute.**



__Asking for staff__

VI. Please do not ask for staff. Asking for staff will result in your chances of becoming staff smaller, **if it gets constant we will give you a 3 hour mute.**



__Chat rank__

VII.  If you wish to have a chat rank, please link your discord using the in game command. (e.g) ``/linkdiscord CronoxGaming#6157`` and then returning to the discord typing in #bot_commands ``/confirm PIGGEHISGUD.``. If you are still unsure, check #discord_rank for a walkthrough.



__Inappropriate imagery__

VIII. Anything with inappropriate imagery will be removed, this includes offensive material and derogatory images this also goes for having an inappropriate profile picture (you will be asked to change it, and if you do not you will be kicked/If you are offline then you will also be kicked and requested to change it). **Doing so will result in an immediate 1 day mute, if anything follows a kick will be put in place, and eventually a ban.**



__Tagging staff__

IX. Please do not tag any staff members unless it is for a valid reason, this includes discord moderators, helpers, moderators, administrators and owners. **Doing so will result in a 3 hour mute after 1 warning.**



__Mute evasion__

X. Mute evasion is not permitted on our server, using another discord account to bypass a mute will result in a **permanent ban without warning.**



__Ban evasion__

XI. Ban evasion has the same punishment as mute evasion only no **warning will be given.**



__Server language__

XII. We are an English only discord, please do not type in any other languages but English.



__Cussing__

XIII. Cussing is not allowed at all on our server, any attempt to bypass the profanity filter will result in **a warning, then a mute for 12 hours, if it continues after the mute, a kick will be issued the exact same goes for racism, racism is not allowed at all but instead of a 12 hour mute it will be a 1 day mute.**

__Personal Information__
XIV.Exposing other people's personal information on our discord server is strictly forbidden, we also do not accept threatening to leak other people's information, **doing so will result in a permanent ban without warning.**
