[8:20pm] Alivi: so first off the personailty seems a bit strange the way you have it for Mike.
[8:21pm] dafatskin: In what way?
[8:21pm] Alivi: He comes off as very Anti-Social but then is actually really keen on helping others and social when “People get to know him” and he has no trouble communicating when people seek him out.
[8:21pm] Alivi: So it almost seems like the Anti-social thing is moot? If that makes sense
[8:22pm] dafatskin: Ah.. I see... I wanted to go with the "I don't like meeting people" BUT "If I meet people I be  friends"

[8:23pm] Alivi: Him being withdrawn makes him hard to work with- but he is admittingly good at his job when it comes to skills and keeping cool under stress.

[8:25pm] Alivi: Doesn't like socializing with people at his own discord. -> Doesn’t like to go out of his way to meet new people, but doesn’t mind people talkng to him (as long as your aren’t interuppting work).

[8:31pm] Alivi: The Japanese Internment Camps had just ended. Anti-Japanese Senitment was still extremely high. To the point where they were still actively disciminated against. In fact many Japanese people LEFT America because they couldn’t deal with the opression (this included second and third generation)
[8:32pm] Alivi: Why did he take his mother’s name?
[8:32pm] Alivi: (typically the Father’s name is taken by the family for both Japanese and American families)
[8:33pm] Alivi: (unless marrying into a very wealthy and well-known family in which case sometimes the malewill take on the name or he will be adopted by the bride’s family in order to have the name himself)
