* Add a redirect to the Whitehall app to ensure single canonical URL for Whitehall assets
* Make publishing-e2e-tests use Asset Manager in a more realistic way
* Make proxying to S3 the default mechanism in Asset Manager
* Remove files for newly created assets from NFS once they've been uploaded to S3
* Remove existing assets from Asset Manager bit of NFS mount
* Delete existing Whitehall organisation logo assets from Whitehall bit of NFS mount
* Serve Whitehall consultation response forms from Asset Manager
* Migration of remaining non-attachment assets (those using ImageUploader) from Whitehall to Asset Manager

## Blockers and help required

* Making publishing-e2e-tests use Asset Manager in a more realistic way has been awkward, because the former uses a simplified Nginx config and Nginx debug logging is not readily available. We'd like to talk to someone about the future plans for these tests to ensure everyone is on the same page.
