- Full disclosure, I think PoB sealed this either way regardless of if the characters are OOT or not, but we'll do the OOT's first.
- Doomsday doesn't seem OOT by virtue of his feats, but the argumentation circling him makes him OOT for me. Things like Superman's strongest hits only working if he doesn't take them dead on, the shifting of goalposts from "Doomsday can pierce Superman" to "Doomsday can only pierce Superman's skin". The argumentation around Doomsday has circled around a need to punch him out, something that seems hard to do vs an opponent who grows as he fights and will largely never take the tier setters strongest hits. For these reasons I vote Doomsday OOT.
- Hulk I do not find to be out of tier. PoB's OOT assumes that Hulk will heal from concussive force/ that his healing prevents a counter to being knocked out, something that I don't believe to be true by Corv's argumentation or posited feats. Hulks initial jump will hurt Superman, but will not incapactite him, and Hulk chaining hits on Superman until he drops doesn't seem likely to me.
- So, in other words, Hulk is in a 1v3 vs. PoB's team. While I think Hulk's heat resistance is better than PoB gives him credit for, I ultimately think that Hulk will be at least somewhat effected by the presence a team that makes high grade temperature as omnipresent as PoB's makes it. If nothing else, I doubt he is operating at peak capacity, which he would need to do to have a chance of teambusting here. PoB downplays most of Hulks feats pretty succinctly and makes a solid case for his team putting out damage that will hurt him. For these reasons, I vote PoB as the winner of Dual Contestant Argumentation Undertaking.
