06[07:33] * Cori ponders douche powers in a more literal sense than are usually discussed. "Well, some powers are the essence of femininity," she points out, doing a half twist to gracefully perch herself upon the back of the bench.

06[07:36] * Cori BLINKS. "What are you, then... psychic?" Eyebrows raise. Cause that would be some damn coincidence there.
[07:37] <NewGuy> "Huh? No, I’m a-... not sure what they called it, just really awesome I guess."
06[07:38] * Cori rolls her eyes. "Nothing wrong with being good at dancing, is there?"

[07:43] <NewGuy> "Well, that other girl had tailoring powers so I’ve heard sillier." He continues filling out the papers.

06[07:53] * Cori reaches over and quite deliberately steals his hat. She perches it at a saucy angle atop her black curls and eyes him.

06[07:59] * WaterWench happens to run past, a possibly even darker skinned than joe girl with blue hair. She slows down as she passes though. "Cute hat!"

06[08:04] * Cori grins at the random Wench. "Thanks."
06[08:06] * NewGuy grumbles and continues filling the papers. Slowly.
06[08:06] * WaterWench stops and looks between the two. "Oh, well, it suits her?"
[08:08] <NewGuy> "If you say so." He puts down the paper, being done. Then yawns and rests against the bench.
06[08:10] * Cori leans the other direction, her perch seemingly quite precarious. "Good thing it was just the hat, huh?" she grins.
[08:11] <NewGuy> "Give that over, I need to take a nap.."
06[08:21] * Cori extends one leg out fully, the other bent to rest the sole of her foot on the back of the bench as she lays out in air beside him. "Maybe I need it for MY nap," she counters, stretching out her arms and arching her back dramatically.
06[08:23] * NewGuy sighs and shakes his head. "What a pain..."
06[08:23] * WaterWench frowns as she watches Cori, who's presumably a flier. "Well, if it's his hat maybe you should give it back?"

06[08:39] * Cori glances to WaterWench, tilting up the hat from her eyes as she sits up- apparently lying down with a hat over one's eyes limits peripheral vision. "Dunno," she shrugs. After he leaves, she adds, "He's kinda cute, isn't he?"
06[08:41] * Joseph grumbles as he grabs the stack of papers and walks towards the administration building again.
06[08:42] * WaterWench reaches over and attempts to acquire said hat. "Dunno, but you shouldn't really be stealing things, should you?"
06[08:44] * Cori rolls away from the wench's graspy hand. "Hey, I coulda done a lot worse," she laughs. "And this way," she points out, "He'll remember me."
06[08:47] * Joseph is soon handing in the papers and looks at the paper given to him. "Hey, uh... Where’s Emerson cottage?" He walks over to the bench again, and picks up a surprising amount of luggage from under it with ease
06[08:52] * Cori places his hat on his head as he bends down to retrieve his crap. "Oh, I can show you," she offers. One hand holds the front of her skirt in place as she tumbles backwards onto the bench and somehow inexplicably rises upright beside him.
06[08:57] * Joseph tilts his head a little. "Can you walk normally? You’re making me dizzy."
06[08:59] * WaterWench waves as he returns. "Yeah... just be careful, ok? I've got to go tell them about some power boosts over the summer."
01[09:02] <Cori> "Power boots? Do they let you jump like a kangaroo rat?" She stands still but still looks like she's in motion somehow.

06[09:12] * WaterWench shakes her head. "No, but that'd be really cool! Maybe later?" She glances down to Cori's feet, and guesses her own nu rocks might look like power boots, given their size.
06[09:14] * Cori is quite barefoot, still. She has turquoise nail polish on that matches her fingers.
01[09:15] <Cori> "Walk this way," she says with a flourish, though if he actually tried to walk that way he'd probably break a hip or fall over.

06[09:16] * WaterWench heads into the admin building, thoughts of power boots drifting in her mind
06[09:23] * Cori probably has created a monster. But she doesn't care. She doesn't dance, per se, but definitely is fluid as she keeps a few steps ahead of him. "So, how do you like it here?" she asks.

06[10:27] * Cori shrugs. "I just did," she says. "See you around. Maybe you won't be such a whiner when you're awake."
[10:29] <Joseph> "Don’t count on it." He smirks. "Cori was it? Thanks." He comments, with barely any inflection on his tone.

06[10:44] * Joseph walks in, grumbling. "What a pain" was a phrase repeated many times.
