When standing next to his wildcat companion this fox seems normal enough but when apart from the hulking wildcat it's clear that this fox is of the taller variety. When near a fox of average height it's clear that Artiyom is about a whole head taller if not more. With the height comes the proportional size, the fox isn't quite hulking but is certainly far from spindly. The fur that is visable isn't the normal red or orange but a dark burgundy with gray under markings. His eyes are are more along the lines of the normal amber orbs in color but they almost always appear half lidded giving Artiyom a non pulsed look most of the time.

The todd is usually dressed in a belted tunic of rough spun fabric similar to the dark color of his burgundy fur and a similarly colored pair of pants. Both garments show that they are well used but also well cared for, having only minimal darns. The tunic has some patterned lumpy places in it though giving the suspicion of having chain mail laying under it. A dark red cavalier hat is usually perched on the todds head. The todd has a paw and a half sword thrust through his belt, a long dagger dangling in a free swinging sheath, and a spear only slight longer than he is usually over his shoulder. When not in polite company the fox will have two smaller bucklers strapped to his left arm, one boxy shaped above the elbow and the second an oval on the forearm. A larger buckler more oval in shape will be strapped to his right forearm.
