「味方機は全て健在!
それ以外の物の反応はありません!」
Torres: All friendly units are accounted for! There are no other readings!

ミサト
「ここは…もしかして、あの時の境界空間じゃ…?」
Misato: Is this...? Is this the Boundary Space from before...?

トーレス
「ええ、各データは一致しています」
Torres: Yes, all the data matches.

ミサト
「ディドが聞いた声…突発性ゲート…
そして、境界空間…」
Misato: The voice Dido heard... The sudden Gate... And now, the Boundary Space...

ミサト
「ここに声の主がいると言うの?」
Misato: Is this where the voice comes from?

トーレス
「前方に光を確認! 何者かがその中にいます!」
Torres: We’ve identified a light in front of us! There’s something inside!

ミサト

「ここには、私達の部隊の主要メンバーが
集まっています。ハーザさん、まずは
あなたのお話を聞かせて下さい」
Misato: All the chief members of our force have gathered here. Now then, Miss Haza, please begin by telling us what you wanted to ask.

ハーザ
「ハーザで結構です」
Haza: Just Haza, please.

ミサト
「…わかりました」
Misato: ...Alright then.

ハーザ
「では、私が把握している限りのことを
お話ししましょう」
Haza: Let me first tell you what I can, to the best of my limited ability.

(把握している限り…?)
Shima: (Limited ability...?)

ハーザ
「遙か昔…遠い宇宙に、
ファブールスという文明が存在していました」
Haza: A long time ago... In a universe far away, there existed a civilization known as Fabulus.

ハーザ
「彼らは星々の間を往来するまでに至り、
隆盛を極めました。しかし、ある時…」
Haza: Their civilization flourished to the point that they were capable of interplanetary travel. But then, at one point...

ハーザ
「ファブールスの本星に、
異世界へ繋がるゲートが突如出現したのです」
Haza: A Gate leading to a different dimension suddenly appeared on the Fabulus home planet.

ミサト
「!」
Misato: !

ハーザ
「その先に存在していたのは、
もう一つのファブールス…
つまり、並行世界でした」
Haza: What lied beyond that Gate was another Fabulus... In other words, a parallel world.

アムロ
(…同じだな、俺達の世界と)
Amuro: (...That’s the same as our worlds.)

ハーザ
「複数のゲートによって、
いくつかのファブールスが繋がり…
最終的には大小の戦争が勃発しました」
Haza: Then, several more Gates began to emerge, leading to several more Fabulus planets... Until eventually, wars both large and small began to erupt between them.

「それは…ファブールスの者同士で?」
Bright: You mean... Between their fellow Fabulus people?

ハーザ
「はい」
Haza: Yes.

ブライト
(やはり、ゲートが存在し続ければ、
そうなるのか…)
Bright: (Then that really is what will happen if the Gates continue to exist...)

ハーザ
「そして、いくつかの勢力が滅んだ末、
ようやく戦争が終結するかと思われた時…」
Haza: When it appeared that the wars would finally come to a close after the destruction of several powerful forces...

ハーザ
「ゲートが出現した当初から、
数多の混乱の中で暗躍していた者達が
ついに牙を剥いたのです」
Haza: The ones who had opened the Gates in the first place, and had orchestrated much of the chaos from the shadows, finally bared their fangs.

隼人
「何者なんだ、その連中は?」
Hayato: And who exactly are these people?

ハーザ
「…この中の何人かは、見たことがあるはずです」
Haza: ...You have seen some of them before.

メグ
「も、もしかして!?」
Meg: Y-You don’t mean...!?

ディド
「奴らのことか…!」
Dido: Those two...!

ハーザ
「ええ…彼らは『ネピリアン』と名乗っています」
Haza: Yes. ...They refer to themselves as “Nepilians”.

メグ
「ネピリアン…」
Meg: Nepilians...

「どこから来て、何を企んでいる者達なんです?」
Guy: Where did they come from, and what are their intentions?

ハーザ
「…ファブールスとは別の文明で
このような言い伝えが残されています」
Haza: ...There is a saying in regards to them, left behind by a civilization other than Fabulus.

ハーザ
「彼の者、頭顧に光輪を戴き、
天空より来たりて、宇内を穿つ」
Haza: “With halos over head, they come from the heavens to pierce the world.”

ハーザ
「其の穴隙は生念と負念の闘諍を呼び、
闘諍は精強の戦士達を集わせる…」
Haza: “The fissures call for a struggle between life and death. A struggle where the mightiest warriors gather...”

シマ
「要約すると…。
ネピリアンはゲートを開き、並行世界間での
人間同士の戦争を誘発するということですか」
Shima: To summarize... The Nepilians open Gates to parallel worlds and then provoke a war between the inhabitants, yes?

ハーザ
「はい」
Haza: Yes.

凱
「それで人間を滅ぼすと…?」
Guy: So that the inhabitants destroy each other...?

シマ
「だとしたら、非効率的だな。
あるいは、そうせざるを得ない理由があるのか…」
Shima: If so, it’s certainly an inefficient method. Although perhaps there’s some reason why they would do it that way...

ハーザ
「それは不明ですが…
結果的に全てのファブールス文明は
ネピリアンによって滅ぼされました」
Haza: That is unknown to me... However, as a result, all Fabulus civilizations were destroyed by the Nepilians.

ミサト
「では、あなたはその生き残り…」
Misato: Then, would that make you the only survivor...?

ハーザ
「私は人間ではありません。
ネピリアンに対抗するべく、ファブールス人の
科学者達によって創られた…」
Haza: I am not a survivor. In order to oppose the Nepilians, the Fabulus scientists created me...

ハーザ
「高次元思念量子情報集積体です。なので、
この姿と人格はあなた達とのコミュニケーションを
容易にするための物なのです」
Haza: I am a higher dimensional ideation quantum interface accumulator body. This form and persona are meant to better facilitate communication with you.

弁慶
「まるで[幻体]だな…」
Benkei: Sounds like a [Meta-Body]...

シマ
「見た目は似ていても、根幹は違います。
彼女は量子サーバーを
必要としていないでしょうから」
Shima: We may appear similar at first glance, but the foundation of our beings is different. She would have no need of a quantum server, if I am not mistaken.

ハーザ
「ですが、今の私はこの亜空間から出られません。
現実世界を観測し、ゲートをかろうじて
開けるようになったのは、ごく最近ですから」
Haza: However, I am unable to exit from this subspace at present. It is only recently that I have been able to observe the other worlds and briefly open the Gates.

シマ
「どういうことです?」
Shima: What do you mean?

ハーザ
「順に説明します。私はゲートの調査データや、
ネピリアンとの戦闘によって得られたデータを
基にして創られました」
Haza: I will explain one at a time. I was created based on the data obtained from examining the Gates, and the data from combat against the Nepilians.

ハーザ
「そして、私に与えられた役目は、いくつかの
濃厚関連性近接並行世界を観測し、必要に応じて
それらを繋ぐ限定的なゲートを発生させることです」
Haza: And my function was to observe what are likely to be nearby relevant parallel worlds and open the Gates connected between them temporarily as needed.

ミサト
「つまり、並行世界の早期警戒システム…?」
Misato: So, you could say you’re a kind of early warning system for parallel worlds...?

ハーザ
「そうです。
私は並行世界で起きる異変や戦乱を感知し、
それをファブールスの戦士達に伝えました」
Haza: That is correct. I detected any strange abnormalities and disturbances that occur in parallel worlds and reported them to the warriors of Fabulus.

ハーザ
「そして、彼らは私が開いたゲートを通って
現地に赴き、事態を収拾したのです」
Haza: Then, they would cross through the Gates that I opened and subdue the problem.

シマ
「ソゴル・キョウが言っていたことは
実際に行われていたか」
Shima: It seems what Kyo Sogoru mentioned before was actually done in the past.

ブライト
「そのようなことが可能であるにも関わらず、
ファブールスはネピリアンに敗北したのですか?」
Bright: But the Nepilians still defeated Fabulus, despite you possessing this capability?

ハーザ
「その主な理由はネピリアンが
想定以上に強大だったからですが…」
Haza: The primary reason for that is because the Nepilians were more powerful than had been predicted. However...

ハーザ
「私は、観測対象の並行世界で起きる事象を
全て具体的に把握できるわけではないのです」
Haza: I also do not have a complete understanding of every event which occurs in the parallel worlds I observe.

ハーザ
「感知が可能なのは、現実世界における
ある種の大きなエネルギーの発生や…」
Haza: My perception is only possible when specific kinds of large energies in the other worlds are present and...

ハーザ
「知的生命体の強力で高密度な特定思念、
または大量の強い特定思念が生じた時などです」
Haza: A strong, concentrated, specific thought from an intelligent life-form, or multiple strong specific thoughts, occur simultaneously.

隼人
「かなりアバウトだな」
Hayato: That is incredibly vague.

ハーザ
「それが限界なのです。
私が開くゲートも、ネピリアンの物と比べると
遙かに安定性が低く…」
Haza: Those are my limits. The Gates I open are also far less reliable than the ones used by the Nepilians.

ハーザ
「行き先の世界はほぼ確実に固定できるものの、
特定の条件が揃わない限り、場所まで
正確に指定することは不可能です」
Haza: While it is possible to almost certainly assure the world they will lead to, unless the specific conditions are met, designating an exact location is impossible.

ハーザ
「また、短時間に連続して
ゲートを開けるわけではありません」
Haza: In addition, I am also unable to open Gates in succession.

万丈
「あの時、浜松で僕らの所に
ピンポイントでゲートが発生したのは、
僕らが感知し易い対象だったからですか」
Banjo: Then, in my world, the reason a Gate appeared with pinpoint accuracy in Hamamatsu was because we were the easiest targets to identify?

ハーザ
「おそらくは。そして、あなた達は精強の戦士…
持てる力を世界救済のために使う方々だと
判断しました」
Haza: I believe that to be the case. And also, it is because you are mighty warriors. ...Ones I deemed would use your powers for the benefit of the worlds.

ハーザ
「ですから、私は別々の世界にいた
あなた達を導き、引き合わせたのです」
Haza: It is for that reason that I have guided you all from separate worlds and brought you together.

凱
「なら、どうして俺達が最初にこの空間へ来た時、
姿を見せてくれなかったんです?」
Guy: Then why didn’t you show yourself to us when we first appeared in this space?

ハーザ
「それは…ファブールスとネピリアンの戦いで
私自身も傷付き、機能停止に陥ったからです。
その際、記録していたデータの多くを失いました」
Haza: That is because... During the battles between Fabulus and the Nepilians, I sustained damage and was shut down. When that happened, I lost much of my recorded data.

シマ
(話が今一つ的を射ておらず、
説明が飛躍している所があるのは
そのせいか…?)
Shima: (Is that why her story isn’t very well strung together and why her explanations are all over the place...?)

ハーザ
「ですから、私はファブールス人が入手した
ネピリアンに関する情報の全てを
持っているわけではありません」
Haza: That is why I do not have access to all of the data regarding the Nepilians that the Fabulus did.

シマ
「データのバックアップは?」
Shima: There’s no backup of the data?

ハーザ
「既に失われています」
Haza: It has already been lost.

シマ
「………」
Shima: ...

ハーザ
「ファブールスが滅びた後、
私はこの空間で眠り続け、
ようやく目覚めましたが…」
Haza: After Fabulus was brought to ruin, I remained dormant in this space. Until finally I reawakened...

ハーザ
「その直後は並行世界の観測とゲートの発生だけで
精一杯でした。なので、こうしてあなた達の前に
姿を現すことが出来なかったのです」
Haza: The best I could accomplish at that time was observing the parallel worlds and opening the Gates. That is why I could not appear in front of you before now.

アムロ
「だが、今はこうやって話せている…
あなたには自己修復機能があるんですか?」
Amuro: But considering that we’re talking now... Do you have some kind of self-repair function?

ハーザ
「そうですが…その機能自体が損傷しているため、
完全な回復は見込めません」
Haza: I do, however... The repair function itself sustained damage. A perfect recovery is highly unlikely.

アムロ
(修理するには彼女の創造者達と同等の
知識と技能が必要か…)
Amuro: (And I’m sure it would take the same knowledge and skills that her creators had to repair her...)

メグ
「あの…ファブールスって、
遙か昔に地球とは別の、遠い世界にあった
文明だって聞きましたが…」
Meg: Excuse me... You said that Fabulus is a civilization that existed far away from Earth...

メグ
「なのに、どうしてあなたは
地球を、私達の存在を感知できたんです?」
Meg: So how are you able to perceive us on Earth now?

ハーザ
「私はごく最近、目覚めた直後に
地球という星と、それを共通要素とする
濃厚関連性近接並行世界の存在を知りましたが…」
Haza: Shortly after I awoke, I detected the planet known as Earth, as well as the multitude of nearby relevant parallel worlds that possessed commonalities with it...

ハーザ
「その理由と経緯を説明できるデータは
失われてしまっています」
Haza: The data pertaining to how and why this happened is lost.

メグ
「そんな…」
Meg: Well, that sucks...

ハーザ
「ですが、
私は地球に住まうあなた達の力や思念の強さに
引かれたのではないかと考えています」
Haza: However, I believe I was drawn here by the great power and strong thoughts that all of you have.

シマ
「このような空間なら、距離は
さほど意味を持っていないだろうが…」
Shima: I suppose distance wouldn’t have much meaning in a space such as this...

リツコ
「…突発性ゲートを開いたのが
あなただということはわかりましたが、
発生条件にいくつか疑問があります」
Ritsuko: ...I understand it was you who opened the spontaneous Gates now, but I have questions regarding the conditions for you to do so.

リツコ
「例えば、私達がこの境界空間へ初めて来た後、
シマ司令達の世界へ繋がるゲートが
開かれましたが…」
Ritusko: For instance, when we first arrived in the Boundary Space, a Gate leading to Commander Shima’s world appeared...

リツコ
「その理由は何だったのでしょうか?
ゲートの先ではゼーガペインが戦闘を
行っていましたが…」
Ritsuko:  What was the reason for that? Beyond the Gate, the Zegapains were already engaging in battle, but...

リツコ
「大きなエネルギーや強い特定思念の発生という
条件には当てはまらないと思います」
Ritsuko: I don’t believe that fits the requirements regarding large energies or strong specific thoughts.

ハーザ
「先程も述べた通り、私は並行世界で起きる事象を
全て具体的に把握することは不可能ですが…」
Haza: As I expressed before, it is impossible for me to have a complete understanding of the events within the parallel worlds...

ハーザ
「場合によっては
観測対象の世界で起こり得る異変を
事前に察知できることがあります」
Haza: In some cases, it is possible for me to observe the target abnormality before it has actually occurred.

シマ
「逆因果律の応用で…ですか?」
Shima: By utilizing retrocausality...? Is that correct?

ハーザ
「どちらかと言えば、予感に近い物です。
故に精度は低いのですが…」
Haza: I would liken it more to a premonition. That is why it is not very accurate...

シマ
「あなたが観測するからこそ、
異変が確定するのではありませんか?」
Shima: But is it not true that the abnormality is only confirmed because you observed it?

ハーザ
「まさか。むしろ、私があなた達の世界を感知し、
そこへのゲートを開けた理由には、ゼーガペインの
存在が関わっているのではないかと思っています」
Haza: Not at all. Rather, I believe the Zegapains have something to do with why I observed your world and opened a Gate to it.

シマ
「………」
Shima: ...

隼人
「なら、俺達が真ゲッターに乗った直後に
開かれた突発性ゲートは? あれで
早乙女博士は他の世界へ行ったんだぞ」
Hayato: Then what about the spontaneous Gate that appeared immediately after we boarded Shin Getter? That was how Dr. Saotome came to this world from another.

ハーザ
「あの時は強力なエネルギーとあなた達の
強い思念を感知し、それをきっかけとして
ゲートを開き、ここへ導こうと思ったのですが…」
Haza: When that happened, I sensed the powerful energies and strong thoughts you had and used the opportunity to open a Gate in the hopes that I could lead you here...

ハーザ
「何かの力が干渉したらしく、
ゲートが不安定になり…別の世界へ
繋がってしまったのです」
Haza: Some sort of power must have interfered and made the Gate unstable... That is why it lead to a different world.

隼人
(何かの力…[ゲッター線]か?
あるいは、早乙女博士の…)
Hayato: (Some kind of power... The [Getter Rays]? Or perhaps it was Dr. Saotome himself...)

リツコ
「それでも疑問は残ります。
もしかして、あなたやネピリアン以外にも
突発性ゲートを開いた者がいるのでは?」
Ritsuko: I still have questions. Could there be another entity that can cause the spontaneous Gates to appear besides you and the Nepilians?

ハーザ
「その可能性はゼロではありませんが、
今の私に詳細はわかりかねます。
申し訳ありません…」
Haza: The possibility of that is not zero. However I do not have the details that explain why at this time. I sincerely apologize...

リツコ
(物理的な手段で
彼女が保有するデータを解析したい所だけど、
相手が思念集積体では無理な話ね…)
Ritsuko: (I would have liked to analyze the data she holds by physical means, but that would be impossible for an ideation accumulator body...)

ミサト
「では、私達の世界にある安定したゲートは
ネピリアンが発生させた物と考えて
いいのでしょうか?」
Misato: So is it safe to assume the stable Gates in our worlds are created by the Nepilians?

ハーザ
「ええ、おそらく」
Haza: Yes, probably.

リツコ
(それも推定…)
Ritusko: (She isn’t certain about that either...)

ミサト
「ディーダリオンを追っていた
2体の巨人の仕業ですか?」
Misato: And are they being created by the two titans that pursue Didarion?

ハーザ
「私は彼らに関するデータを持っていませんが、
違うと思います。あの2体は、単独で並行世界へ
繋がるゲートを開けないようですので」
Haza: I do not possess any data relating to them, but I think not. Those two do not appear to have the ability to open Gates on their own.

ミサト
「じゃあ、安定したゲートを発生させたのは、
別のネピリアン達…」
Misato: Then there’s another Nepilian that’s creating the stable Gates...

ハーザ
「そうだと思われます」
Haza: That is what I believe.

ディド
「なら、何故、俺は一人でゲートを…
いや、それ以前にお前は俺のことを、
俺の過去について何か知っているのか?」
Dido: Then why am I able to open Gates on my... No, before that, do you know anything about me? About my past?

ハーザ
「いえ…」
Haza: No...

ディド
「………」
Dido: ...

ハーザ
「しかし、ある程度の予想は出来ます。
おそらく、あなたはネピリアンか、
彼らに深い関わりを持つ者ではないでしょうか」
Haza: However, I can make conjectures to an extent. Most likely, you yourself are a Nepilian, or at least someone with a close relationship to them.

ディド
「白い翼を持った巨人は、
俺の存在を許し難いと言った。
俺を裏切り者と呼んだ」
Dido: The white winged titan said my existence was inexcusable. He called me a traitor.

ディド
「そして、俺には過去の記憶がなく…
一人で時空跳躍が可能なゲートを開けることもある。
このような姿にもなれる。何故だ?」
Dido: I have no memories of my past... I can sometimes open Gates and leap through space-time on my own. I can also take on this form. Why?

ハーザ
「これも予想ですが…
あなたは、ネピリアンと敵対している
何者かによって…」
Haza: Another conjecture is that someone or something who is hostile to the Nepilians...

ハーザ
「ネピリアンへの対抗手段とするべく、
改造を施された存在ではないかと思います」
Haza: Has altered you into a being that is meant to oppose them.

ディド
「だから、あの声は
俺に善なる心を持つ者達を守れと…」
Dido: And so that would be the voice that told me to protect those with righteous hearts...

ハーザ
「その根拠の一つとなるのが、
ネピリアンの特徴である頭部のリングが
巨人状態のあなたにはないことです」
Haza: One of the reasons for this assumption is because you do not have a ring over your head in your titan form. This is a common trait among Nepilians.

ディド
「リング…」
Dido: A ring...

リツコ
「あれには、どんな機能が?」
Ritsuko: What function do these rings have?

ハーザ
「かつてファブールス人は、武器であると同時に
知的生命体の教化を行うための器官ではないかと
推測していました」
Haza: The Fabulus once speculated that it was an organ that served as both a weapon and to enlighten intelligent life-forms.

リツコ
「教化…」
Ritusko: Enlighten...?

ハーザ
「対象物の特定感情を励起する…
または、記憶や思想、主義などを
強制的に改造することです」
Haza: As an object that urged specific emotions... Or by forcibly altering memories, ideology, principles, and the like.

アムロ
「あの2体の巨人は、俺達に対して
そんな力を発揮しなかったが…」
Amuro: Those two titans never demonstrated that kind of power against us, but...

ハーザ
「その必要がまだないのか、
あるいは教化を行うための条件が
揃っていないのかも知れません」
Haza: Perhaps it is not necessary yet, or perhaps they have not met the conditions required to perform their enlightenment.

ディド
「白い巨人は、俺が醜い姿になったと言った。
そして、それがエギリゴという存在の
仕業であるようなことも…」
Dido: The white titan had said that my form was unsightly. And that it was the work of a being called Egiligo...

ディド
「お前は、エギリゴについて
何か知っているか?」
Dido: Do you know anything about Egiligo?

ハーザ
「いいえ。」
Haza: I do not.

ディド
「………」
Dido: ...

ハーザ
「ですが…お話を聞いた限りでは、
あなたに改造を施し、単独で時空跳躍ゲートを
展開できる力を与えたのは…」
Haza: But... From what you have told me, I would believe it is because of the alterations given to you that you are able to space-time leap through Gates on your own.

ハーザ
「そのエギリゴという存在である可能性が
高いと思います」
Haza: It is likely that the entity known as Egiligo is the one that granted them to you.

ディド
(俺の過去の詳細については、
エギリゴに聞くしかないのか…)
Dido: (Then if I want to know about my past, I’ll have to hear it from Egiligo...)

隼人
「薄々わかっていたことだが、
ディドはネピリアンの一味だったと
見て間違いないようだな」
Hayato: It’s not much to go on, but we can be sure that Dido is one of the Nepilians.

メグ
「………」
Meg: ...

隼人
「エギリゴとやらがどんな改造を行ったかわからんが、
ディドがネピリアンに戻るリスクは消えちゃいない」
Hayato: We don’t know what kind of alterations this Egiligo made, but that means the risk of Dido turning back into a Nepilian is still there.

メグ
「で、でも、ディドは
今まで私達と一緒に戦ってくれました!
私を守ってくれました!」
Meg: B-But Dido has been fighting with us this whole time! He even protected me!

メグ
「あたしは…あたしは、彼を信じます!」
Meg: I... I completely trust him!

ディド
「メグ…」
Dido: Meg...

「…そうだな。
過去はどうあれ、今のディドは俺達の仲間だ」
Guy: ...That’s right. No matter what his past, Dido is our comrade now.

隼人
「それでは問題の解決にならん」
Hayato: Saying that doesn’t make the issue go away.

弁慶
「おい、隼人…」
Benkei: Hayato, come on...

隼人
「今、ここでディドがネピリアンの本性を
取り戻し、ディーダリオンに変身したら、
俺達は全滅しかねんぞ」
Hayato: If Dido turned back to his Nepilian nature here and transformed into Didarion right now, all of us would be dead.

弁慶
「それは…」
Benkei: But, that’s...

ディド
「今の俺は自分の意志でやるべきことをやっている。
だが、もし俺が疑わしい素振りを見せたら…
みんなに危害を与えるようであれば…」
Dido: As I am now, I’m acting of my own accord. But, if I start to look suspicious... Or if you think I may hurt anyone...

ディド
「すぐに殺してくれ」
Dido: Then kill me on the spot.

メグ
「ディ、ディド…!」
Meg: D-Dido...!

ディド
「お前が俺の傍にいるのは、そのため…
メラフディンは、俺を阻止するための
手段でもあるんだろう?」

Haza: Because he is the only one that can hear my voice at this time. I had been attempting to call out to all of you in the parallel worlds from within this subspace, but to no avail...

Haza: I do not know if this is because of my own weakness or due to some ability Dido has as a Nepilian...

Ritsuko: Are you perhaps able to detect the presence of Nepilians?

ハーザ
「彼らが強大な力を発すれば…。
しかし、そうでない状態のディドさんを
ある程度感知し、声を届けられる理由は不明です」
Haza: If they exert a huge amount of power, yes... But I do not know why I am able to detect Dido to a certain degree, or send my voice to him.

ハーザ
「もしかしたら、彼から何か特殊な波動が
発せられているのかも知れません」
Haza: Perhaps there is some kind of special wave emanating from him.

Dido: If I’m emitting waves, then I’m doing so involuntarily.

Haza: At any rate, my voice can only reach Dido at this time, and he is unable to communicate with me himself.

Hayato: It’s a one-way call then. So, what do you want us to do?

本格的に行動を開始すれば、地球もファブールスと
同じ運命を辿ることになるかも知れません」
Haza: I will address the greater issue. If the Nepilians begin attacking in earnest, the Earth may suffer the same fate as Fabulus.

いえ、知的生命体が団結する必要があります」
Haza: I want to prevent that from happening. In order to do so, the people of the parallel Earths... Or rather, intelligent life must unite.

Misato: That’s for sure... Some people are only concerned with dealing with the enemies that threaten them directly.

Amuro: Not to mention the people that would take advantage of the crisis to further their own agendas.

Haza: Even so. The Nepilians are beings that will bring about calamity to all intelligent life.

Haza: To accomplish this, they will use the Gates to spread war across the multiple worlds like wildfire.

Haza: That is why the people with good judgment must urge others to unite and stand against the Nepilian threat together.

Bright: And you want us to take on that role...?

「はい。私に戦闘能力はありませんが、
並行世界の異変や戦乱を感知、時には予知し、
ディドさんを介してあなた達に伝え…」
Haza: Yes. I lack any combat ability, but I am able to sense, and sometimes predict, abnormalities and disturbances within the parallel worlds. I would be able to convey this information to you through Dido.

「限定的ではありますが、
ゲートを開くことが出来ます」
Haza: And although limited, I am capable of opening Gates.

ブライト
「そうしてもらえると、諸々の事態に
早く対処できるのは事実でしょうが…
いただいた情報を整理し、考える時間を下さい」
Bright: That would certainly make us better able to respond to situations as they arise, but... I’ll have to ask that you please give us some time to consider the information you’ve told us.

Bright: We would need Haza’s help to do so, but settling all disputes in all parallel worlds isn’t something we can accomplish on our own.

Amuro: You’re right... We can’t even manage that in our own world.

仕事までやって欲しいと…」
Misato: Despite that, she’s effectively wanting us to be parallel world police officers...

協力者がいなければ難しい話だ。
軍事面はどうにか出来ても、政治面がな」
Bright: That would also be exceptionally difficult without collaborators in each world. We may be able to handle things on the military side, but the political side is an entirely different beast.

「だが、ハーザの能力は限定的かつ不安定とは言え、
これからは他の世界への行き来が容易になる」
Amuro: But, even if Haza’s abilities are limited and unreliable, it would still make traveling between worlds much easier.

Hayato: There’s also the fact that, right now, we’re all but imprisoned in this space. Without the ability to open Gates, we can’t get out.

Misato: It doesn’t help that the conditions to open a spontaneous Gate are beyond vague...

Hayato: And there’s Haza’s advice to consider. Without Dido, we won’t be able to hear her voice in the outside worlds

Benkei: That’s why we need him. Even at the risk you were mentioning.

「わかっている。奴の覚悟は確認できた」
Hayato: I agree. Especially now that I’ve seen he’s prepared to die.

Amuro: Yeah... They were even able to destroy a civilization that was advanced enough to create a higher dimensional ideation quantum information accumulator body capable of opening Gates.

Misato: (If you think about it, Haza’s pretty much the embodiment of super technology...)

Bright: At any rate, I believe we should speak with the people supporting us, such as Chief Oka and Professor Yumi, and see what they have to say on the matter.

「そのためには、彼女の申し出をひとまず受け入れ、
ゲートを開いてもらう必要がある」
Bright: To do that, we’ll have to accept her offer for the time being and have her open a Gate for us.

Hayato: (I suppose that means she heard everything then.)

「では、我々の世界へゲートを開いてもらえますか」
Bright: Then, would you open a Gate to our world?

「その前に、お話があります。
あなた達がここへ来る前にいた世界で、
異変が起きる気配を感じました」
Haza: Before that, there is something I must tell you. I perceived signs of an abnormality occurring in the world you came here from.

隼人
「だが、危険予知の精度は低いんだろう?」
Hayato: But you aren’t very good at predicting how much of a danger it is, are you?

ハーザ
「ええ。ですから、調査をお願いしたいのです。
何も起きないようでしたら、私が改めて連絡し、
あなた達の世界へのゲートを開きますので」
Haza: Correct. Therefore, I would ask you to investigate. If nothing occurs, then I will contact you again and open a Gate to your world.

Bright: (This could be a good opportunity to determine the credibility of her predictions...)

Bright: Understood.  We will accept your request.

Haza: Thank you very much. Now, when you are ready, I will open the Gate.

Bright: All hands, level one battle stations. Torres, tell the Oceanus that Haza’s Gate will take us back to the previous world.

Amuro: You’re doing this to see how accurate she is, aren’t you, Bright?

Bright: Yes, we’ll need to know for the future.

Torres: Our ship and the Oceanus have exited the Gate!

「現在位置を確認しろ」
Bright: Confirm our present surroundings.

トーレス
「了解」
Torres: Roger.

「異変って言うから、大変なことが起きてる所に
放り出されるのかと思ってたけど…」
Kei: Since she said it was an abnormality, I kind of expected we’d walk into something terrible...

ミサト
「ハーザは特定の条件が揃わなければ、
場所を正確に指定できないと言っていたわ」
Misato: Haza did say that she couldn’t give us an exact location without meeting certain conditions.

トーレス
「艦長、現在位置はカムチャッカ半島沖です」
Torres: Captain, our present location is on the seas of the Kamchatka Peninsula.

「随分と位置がずれたな…」
Bright: We’ve definitely deviated from where we were headed before this...

(The Ra Cailum detects something.)

「高速飛行物体、接近!
0時方向より真っ直ぐ!」
Torres: High speed airborne objects, approaching! Dead ahead!

Torres: They’re [ZAFT] GINNs!

各機を直ちに出撃させろ!」
Bright: It can’t be helped, intercept them! Launch all units immediately!

(The player’s team deploys and battle 1 begins.)

Torres: Enemy’s second wave, approaching!

「後方に母艦がいるのか…?」
Bright: Are they coming from a carrier...?

ハーザって女の予知もあてになんないわね」
Asuka: ...So all that’s come out are ZAFT Mobile Suits? That Haza lady’s predictions are totally worthless.

「この辺りはユーラシア連邦の勢力圏内…
何故、ザフトがこんな所をうろついている?」
Sousuke: But this area is within the Eurasian Federation’s sphere of influence... Why are ZAFT forces here?

「しかも、俺達を見過ごさず、仕掛けて来た。
気取られるとまずいことでもあるのか?」
Heero: What’s more, they didn’t try to avoid us. They attacked right away. Don’t you find that suspicious?

Mao: We can talk about this later! Take ‘em out!

Tessa: We haven’t obtained any new information on the Gates and there’s been no signs of movement form Doctor Saotome or the Invaders.

「強いて言えば、ザフト…彼らが地球連合軍の
パナマ基地を陥落させるため、大規模作戦の
準備を進めているという情報があります」
Tessa: If I had to bet on one of them, it would be ZAFT... We’ve received news that they’re begun preparing for a large scale operation to wipe out the Earth Alliance base in Panama.

「確か、パナマにはマスドライバー施設が…
連合軍の宇宙への補給路を断つ気ですか?」
Misato: As I recall, there’s a Mass Driver in Panama... So they’re planning to cut off the Earth Alliance’s supply route to space?

テッサ
「ええ」
Tessa: Yes.

ミサト
「なら、私達が交戦したザフト部隊は…」
Misato: That would mean the ZAFT forces we engaged...

テッサ
「パナマ攻略作戦前に連合軍側の目を欺くべく、
アラスカへ牽制を行うための戦力だったかも
知れませんね」
Tessa: It’s possible they were intended to draw the Earth Alliance’s attention and discourage Alaska from sending reinforcements while they begin their capture operation of Panama.

無事にアラスカへ辿り着いたのですか?」
Misato: Makes sense... Speaking of, did the Archangel make it to Alaska okay?

「ええ、そのようです」
Tessa: Yes, it seems that they did.

我々は当初の予定通り、そちらへ向かおうと

Bright: Haza prediction hasn’t proven wrong yet... We’ll stick to our original plan and head towards you.

Miriallia: The Gates... You know how they lead to parallel worlds, right?

「私達はそこを通って色んな世界を見てきた。
他の世界でも戦争はあったわ。
人類が絶滅してる世界もあった」
Miriallia: We’ve seen a lot through all those worlds we travel to. Wars waged in other worlds. There was even a world where mankind had already gone extinct.

Dearka: !

「もし、そんな所から敵が来たら…
それなのに、同じ人間同士で戦ってばかり…。
こんなの、おかしいわよ…」
Miriallia: If enemies come from those worlds into this one... And we’re all still fighting each other... This just isn’t right...
