- Description: Williams walked into the Jefferson Gun Outlet in New Orleans,LA with his brother, carrying a loaded, unholstered pistol. When staff told him to unload the weapon, he fired a warning shot, before shooting Herbert and Veronica. Several patrons then began exchanging gunfire with Williams, who was killed.
