Benefits of Using Office 365

		○ This can also be used as a backup since computers are prone to faults.
		○ Consistent access to your documents wherever the location or the type of device you are using.
		○ Office 365 increases knowledge sharing between colleagues.
		○ Due to security sometimes you cannot use any usb devices. With this you can eliminate the use of usb sticks, and upload your devices on one drive.
		○ All Microsoft tools in a website or mobile application.
		○ This will enhance collaboration between different departments.
		○ Users will have more mailbox space (50GB), and personal file storage over the cloud of up to 1TB.
		○ When any maintenance is required on the office 365 you can still work, since this is a system that allows to synchronize when you are back online.
		○ All Windows applications can be found under a click of a button. (Word, Outlook, OneDrive, One Note).
		○ Websites such as Diplopedia can be accessed through Office 365.
		○ Automatically sign in into the outlook 365.
		○ Sharepoint (Knowledge Sharing)
It’s a website where all required documents that are needed in your section can be found, on the go. There is no need to ask for an email with attachments anymore. This can be downloaded and used there and then.
