  3. We have habits. Good and bad. One of the worst habits we have is trying to find ourselves. Our minds have a way of protecting us from the harm and trauma of our past.

  5. When faced with negativity for a while, it becomes a habit for us to also become negative towards ourself, others and anything that is positive in general. Misery both attracts, but also creates misery.

  7. Some people learn to overcome this habit, but for some, it embeds it into their world and it becomes a daily walk of life. Constant complaining. Constant trolling. Spreading negativity becomes a challenge. Oh look. There’s something positive. Let’s all attack it.

  9. We see the daily trolls. Nasty and negativity, cloaked in sarcasm that they think is humour. Attempting to tear others down, because they choose to aim for positive. Followed around by a cheerleaders squad of seagulls, who fight each other to get the nastiest comments. Reality is that they fly in, shit on everything and fly off again, looking for the next chip.

  11. Negativity is such as easy and enticing master to bow to. We search for our old selves and get sucked into a vortex of negativity and hatred that others filled with hatred flock to.

  13. Stop trying to find yourself and instead begin to create yourself. Create the you that you want to become. The positive, fun and kind you.

  15. Remember when we laughed as children. Uncontrolled and real belly deep laughter. Laughter from before the pressures of life began to slowly carve away at the unbiased, unwavering joy we faced as children. Where we explored the excitement of growing up as we discovered the opportunities that life bring to our feet.

  17. The requirement for change is your affirmation and active choice.

  19. Negativity is a habit. Easy to backslide. A warm blanket of darkness that is familiar and easy to curl up Into.

  21. Positivity is a choice. One of the hardest to learn, but gives an amazing return on investment.

  25. Are you going to stay negative and fight yourself, others and life daily. Or are you going to choose to be positive and truly aim for quality of life where you can enjoy.

  27. Bring positivity to other people’s worlds, by choosing to be positive yourself.

  29. Be the change, that others so desperately need to find. You may only affect the mindset of one person, but they will go forward and affect another. A cycle of change that is worth working towards...
