Discuss the hardware and software components for a Peer to Peer network,
e.g. Computers. Switch, hub, Cable, router.

Discuss each component. Explain what it is, how it works,
.	 Peer to peer computing or networking is a distributed application architecture that partitions tasks or workloads between peers. Peers are equally privileged, equipotent participants in the application. They are said to form a peer to peer network for nodes.
	  A system file is any file whit the system attribute turned on. A file or folder whit the system attribute toggled on implies that windows or some other program sees the item as being crucial to the overall function of the operating system.
	  or this exercise, we are going to have to use the Active Directory module of PowerShell.  You will need to execute this in a PowerShell session or ISE running on a Windows Server 2008 R2 server or a Windows 7 client with RSAT installed.
	  A personnel file is a paper or electronic folder for storing HR and payroll documents related to new, existing, or past employees. It should include basic employee and compensation information in compliance with federal and state labour laws.
	  Unfortunately, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 do not provide any features for password protecting files or folders. You need to use a third-party software program to accomplish this. If you want to encrypt a file or folder, this can be done by following these steps: 1. Select the file or folder you want to encrypt
