yeah well I am annoyed and happy in ways...we have our star guys with you and Helix but have gone backwards on support/chat etc.  For a few days hasn't been covered, no rotas for full time cover yet we acted negatively against the guys that were free which has now left big gaps in cover.  Joes been unable to work because of snow blizzards or whatever and you've been away, albeit a new pc etc......each time I've checked chat in the morning guys at night have had no responses and said rip site etc...even guys with lvls, sad to see.

So I set Alpha on tickets and we got through alot today, I did about 50 too, just clearing stuff.  I'm cool, but service is key atm and were not delivering it
happy....for stuff your doing to promote us, happy with your energy, happy with you as a person, happy with guys your bringing
but we need some consistency, we had better cover before with chat and things beforehand is all im saying
joes had bad luck with his connection
but since the way you handled the volunteers they have all backed off....so Joe being the only guy at night, when hes not here we have nothing

Joe and me have been on, ive had 2 hours to my self today! Ive answered people all day on discord
and twitter about sponsorships! Ive not been away with my new pc?!
Ive seen helix answers people in chat the last couple of nights!
Ive even went so far that ive cut of sleep to work!!!
If u think ive done a bad job, then i dont see how u can have 640$ profit today ?!

most came from a long standing guy, I'm not criticising, I'm pointing out whats going on thats all
we were 650 not now though, doom took 100 and another took same from the guy who bet alot, ive fixed that now though
unbelievable but he had code juicy!

your doing a great job like I say, the only negative is the chat rota cover
everyone wants this site to pop, and it will....but we cant leave big gaps in chat so I'm just saying what I'm seeing atm
its an easy fix, if your aware of it....
