  1. Question: I can't click the "Continue" button because the contents of the window don't fit in the window itself, and the button is out of sight. What should I do?
  2. Answer: This happens occasionally on poorly configured OS. There is a TAB key on the keyboard. Click it until you reach the desired menu item.

  5. Answer: Read [the error code decoding](https://helpx.adobe.com/ru/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html) . Also, I recommend studying the installation log. It is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\Install.log. Perhaps here you will get more detailed information about the problem and how to fix it.

Just in case, the original files are saved with the *.bak extension.   11. Answer: The spy modules CRLog Transport Application (CRLogTransport.exe) and Adobe Crash Processor (Adobe Crash Processor.exe) are disabled. Just in case, the files that initialize them are saved with the *.bak extension. If you suddenly want to restore their functionality, simply delete this extension from these files. Also, the crack included in the build removes Adobe Genuine Service if this module was previously installed with other Adobe programs (this module is not installed with this build).

  14. Answer: There are "tails" from previous installations of Adobe Creative Cloud components left in your system. They need to be removed. First select All as the component to be removed, and then Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. After that, reinstall the failed program. Such cleaning with reinstallation will not damage previously installed programs.

  23. Answer: Only people who have actually paid for a subscription can use generative tools. And even then, they have limits on the number of generations. Also, generative tools can be used during a free trial period of 14 days. That is, if you really need a generative toolkit, then register a new business account [here](https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/business/teams/free-trial-download.html) (14 days of trial versus 7 for a personal one) and activate the trial period, then log in to the program using it via the Help->Sign In menu. After 14 days, register a new ID. And so on, until you get tired of it. Oh, and don't forget to delete the outgoing rule in Windows Defender Firewall named "Adobe Unlicensed Pop-up Blocker", the "Adobe Pop-up Blocker" task in Task Scheduler, and all addresses that include the word "adobe" in the hosts file! Unfortunately, there are no other ways at the moment. The procedure is a bit more complicated for residents of the Russian Federation. Since Adobe has officially left Russia, you will need to use a VPN both during registration and while using generative tools. And not just in the browser! You need a VPN that intercepts Internet connections from other programs on your computer, in particular Adobe applications. Oh, and before registering a new account, don't forget to log out of the old one, both in programs and in the browser. It is also advisable to clear the cookies for the Adobe website in the browser. That's all! Please don't bother me with generative options.
