creamy mushroom, spinach, and goat cheese pasta

  1. - 100g unsalted butter
  2. - 2 shallots, peeled and diced
  3. - 1 thing of garlic, diced
  4. - 275g chestnut button mushrooms, cleaned and roughly chopped
  5. - 1 tsp lemon juice
  6. - black pepper
  7. - 2 tablespoons of creme fraiche
  8. - 100g goat's cheese, chopped up a bit
  9. - 170g baby spinach, washed and chopped
  10. - pasta
  11.  
  12. 1) chop everything
  13. 2) melt the butter in a frying pan
  14. 3) add the shallots and garlic, fry for a few minutes, then add the mushrooms
  15. 4) keep frying them until it starts to turn brown, maybe 5 mins
  16. 5) add the lemon juice, creme fraiche, and goat's cheese, mix everything together
  17. 6) keep at it for a few minutes until the goat's cheese has melted and mixed in
  18. 7) add the spinach, then keep going until the spinach is all wilted
  19. 8) serve over pasta, add some pepper on top
