The flood - Elii and Bliss

Covet: Eli was out on the porch watching the rain pour down with a beer in his hand. There wasn't much he could do with the weather coming down like this. He'd closed the shop early and made sure it was locked and sealed up tight before he and Bliss made their way over here. He gave a soft sigh and smiled, where it was shitty outside it was kind of peaceful too.
Tsaaq: Persephone frowned as she turned to Bliss. The two of them had been in the study. "Shit." She sighed, kicking at the rug before going over to the fireplace. "Where the fuck is Drew?" She asked angrily. // "He'll be along soon. You watch." Bliss told her gently as she prodded at the piano keys, mostly to calm herself from panicking as well. // Prudence came from her room in the basement up to the ground level. She had been dressed in her nigh gown and robe, clutching it for dear life. She went to the front door and opened it. "Oh. Elijah. It's only you." She sighed with relief. "Has Drew come home yet?" She sighed.
Covet: "No, not that I've seen. Nothing but rain out here." Eli said as he turned to come back inside, "Nothing in the basement is flooding is it?" He asked furrowing his brow as he made his way towards the study where Persephone and and Bliss were. "Gotten any messages from him?"
Tsaaq: She scoffed and angrily stormed towards the kitchen. "Excuse me." She said hurriedly as she walked past Eli. // Bliss continued to aimlessly play the piano then periodically glanced at the window. She stopped playing and looked over to him. "Done outside?" She asked then went to check her phone. "Nothing." // She shook her head slowly and sighed. "Just like your father." Prudence declared with a defeated look.
Tsaaq: ((Aw shoot.)) *** "Oh the basement is fine." Prudence replied. She shook her head slowly and sighed. "Just like your father." Prudence declared with a defeated look.
Covet: Eli frowned and gave a nod, "It's kind of peaceful, then you think about all the damage this is going to cause. If that's the case then he's holed up somewhere completely safe." He said trying to sound re-assuring. He walked over to Bliss and rubbed her back.
Tsaaq: Bliss frowned, knowing Prudence was talking about Jason. She looked over to Eli and pouted before she went to stand up. // "He would be safe here." Prudence grumbled. "But thank you Elijah."
Covet: "You're welcome." He said smiling softly, then looked at Bliss, "Would you like a glass of wine, My Love?" He asked her, then wondered where Persephone had ran off to.
Tsaaq: She looked to him and forced a small smile. "Yes please." She linked her arm with his and started out of the study. Suddenly she heard a loud thud and jumped, holding her hand over her mouth. // Prudence screamed and doubled back as she stared at the door. // Drew unlocked the door with force and kicked it open. He'd been soaking wet and looked almost like a movie serial killer while he stood in the doorway. "Hey gram." He greeted in an unfriendly tone.
Covet: "Speak of the devil, he made it home safely." He said softly giving Bliss a smile as he headed off towards the kitchen, because Drew looked like a hot mess who he didn't want to deal with right now. He Ushered Bliss along with him that direction.
Tsaaq: Bliss stared at him with a worrisome expression then followed behind Eli. "Well, at least he's here." She muttered. // Prudence gasped and went to try and hold Drew's attention. "Come on, we'll get you in dry clothes-" // "Get off!" Drew grunted. "What the hell is he doing here?" He stepped further into the house and followed behind Eli. "I thought you were off cheating on my cousin. That's what I heard." Drew angrily went to grab Eli.
Covet: Eli sighed and put his hands up, wincing as Drew grabbed him and turned him around, "I.. had a moment where I lacked faith in us...and was doing that... Yes." He said looking at Drew, annoyed that this had to happen now, but knew it was inevitable. "But, we're better than that now. It hasn't happened since, Can I just go get her something to drink, like I said I would." He tried to camly reason with him.
Tsaaq: Bliss shrieked and attempted to pry the two apart. "It's okay Drew! Stop it!" // Prudence went to smack Drew against his head, causing him to stagger back. "I said we're going upstairs and getting you into dry clothes!" She scolded. // Drew shook his head. "You think I give a shit? You still hurt her and tried to keep it a secret-" He felt Prudence's blow then frowned, walking away from everyone angrily.
Covet: "I know, and I feel like a complete jerk for it, but it's business between me and her, so how about you just go get changed and worry about yourself, Drew." He said fixing his shirt, making his way back into the kitchen, so he could get the glass of wine for Bliss. That was his goal, regardless of who or what stopped him.
Tsaaq: Bliss went to hug Eli, holding onto him as they made their way to the kitchen. "This is stressing me out." She whispered with a sigh.
Covet: "I'm sorry. We'll just get this and head up to your room. We can be out of the way and out of sight." Eli said softly, looking at Bliss whispering back. "He looked like a mess. Was that just all from the rain?" He asked gettign her glass poured, handing it to her.
Tsaaq: "I don't know." She whispered then took the glass, taking a few small sips. "Let's please just go upstairs and hide." Bliss said as she leaned on Eli, making her way towards the stairs.
Covet: Eli warpped his arm around her waist and made his way upstairs with her, tucking into her nice warm dry cozy room while all the others SUFFERED!
