  75. 1. Managed offshore size of 9 team members, with simultaneous 8 active projects major enhancements and all together 16 application ownership of service availability of 24*7.
  76. 2. Presented proposal to higher management, increased application count from 9 to 16 without new resource, created new L1 opportunity in team for onshore coordinator, with helped management in saving cost for venders on those applications.

  85. 2. First piolet project in CenturyLink to migrate WebLogic application to JBoss. Drive this migration and process for similar project across organization.
