Disclaimer 1 :Alright, I know it has been a long time since I've been around, but if you read the whole post, you'll see why I'm posting it. After it became clear Drakens actually had PK auths (3 weeks after the actual kill) I was given the permission to post it. Though major RL issues kicked in and I got thrown out for more than two months. I had a small talk with the RDA team and I've got permition from both Dave and The_Last_Brethren to post this, regardless of the delay; so let's deem the question of time closed and keep on to the subject.

Description of the PK:
I guess I'll have to spill some light on the events before. About three weeks before the PK described below I had a short RP session with Advantage's Thomas Clarke in result of which I got detained. Sadly both of us hadn't had enough time so we decided to postpone it. I didn't try any getaway schemes, thinking that maybe CCA side has improved their ways since my last experience of interacting with them, and it's Advantage who's roleplaying with me after all. For some reason Adv decided to PK Thomas Clarke and settle off for a huge LOA... And passed my case over to Drakens. He refuses to do the interrogation himself and sends absolutely irrelevant person to do this. So was the interrogation itself as it didn't touch my character in any detail.
More details in "poor perfomance" part. Then Drakens was "considering" for a month. The day we actually got together on the server he walks into a cell followed by 6 units and after saying not more than "You made some effort, but I don't really care. So you're sentenced to death. No last words. Goodbye.". after that Raygins EOW shoots me.

I doubt I've missed or misrepresented something. Though if someone has objections, I'll correct the OP.


Why you feel you should be un-PKed:

Yes. PK rules here, the actual roleplay should suffice both sides, and I didn't expect anything supernatural. More than that, I would actually accept the PK, knowing each story has an end, if it was done in a decent way. From Adv's words there was a lot of related info collected. Though instead of making at least some effort to make it exciting, drakens (that was actually responsible for the PK) designated absolutely irrelevant person for the interrogation. In result I've been answering "give me names" question for 2 hours. Any attempts to interact, be it /me, or speech (And be sure, it was worth reading) were ignored.
After 3 weeks of "consideration" he walks into the cell, followed by 6(!) units and two lines of "/say", killing me after. That's actually not the only sad part, as the moment I was going to RP the second part of detainment (the one after interrogation) some people decided to form a rescue party to save me. I assured them that I'm not going to do it unless something utterly stupid is done by the CCA side. And there was Raygin. What he does next is say "Hey, I have COTA on speed dial", actually switches to EOW, makes someone flag up as a gunship, and then they push on to do the kill in 5 seconds. Metagaming for the fear of interruption at it's finest.

One more thing. No one actually told me it was a PK, no matter I tried my best to verify it through RDA's and later in the SF. Operator never accepted my SF friends request. Adv never replied me. Ever. Since. I actually figured it out only when Operator got on S3 to to tell me while I was RPing.

The PK rules state the following:"You can not PK someone just because he\she is a rebel\combine" And this one was violated here.
Whichever actions I've taken, they were not based on destructive intentions towards anyone. Did I shotcop excessively (at all)? You will hardly remember me starting any of this, or taking part in it(I'm not talking about events here of course).
Did I powergame, try to grief or take advantage over players(let alone the fact I had the gears)? No.
Was I captured multiple times to be deemed absolutely malignant? No, that was actually the first time in more than 2 years.
There were no actual reasons besides Drakens OOC intention to destroy my character. The whole situation expresses it pretty well. Especially since many of you know how Drakens treats me(many witnesses both on the forums and ingame)

In the conclusion I want to say, that I am aware that no one lives forever. Though everyone deserves a good end. And I was always taking a PK as a honor to be a cornerstone in a story of someone's character. Though as far as this one was screwed up completey I want it to be voided due to the reasons listed above.
