  1. Peach
  2.
  3. [Offense]
  4.
  5. -The Crush: fullhop with drift (into float at different heights); can fullhop with an aerial; so many positional mixups available with the fullhop drift, height at which you choose to float, and your float forwards and backwards
  6.
  7. -Fullhop with an attack if you want to throw out a jump read, but it slows down your subsequent movement (uair is probably least frame-committal); with fullhop attack > float attack (keep throwing out attacks or land) you can put a lot of hitbox threat on the screen; if this is a significant tool in your game, it can condition opponents to expect hitbox threats when you fullhop, allowing you to fullhop into float more freely and create positional mixups without having to commit to those attacks (they expect them and will respect your space, so you don’t even have to attack and get to move around faster)
  8.
  9. -Placing attacks outside their immediate threat range: low FC aerials (uair is so fast!), dtilt, jab; bait a response or create a visual expectation that’s preyed on by then attacking them directly
  10.
  11. -Floating towards them from this range (outside their shieldgrab/SH aerial in place/standard immediate attack option) to bait a response, then floating back (or per Ray, empty landing with a waveland back)
  12.
  13. -Floating above shieldgrab to pressure them directly with repeated aerials (without landing from float): can work as a techchase or when they’re shielding or otherwise willing to let you get inside their range for some reason; plays on the expectation that Peach will always FC aerial and land immediately if she can get close, which players are prepared for; you can float back and forth through their shield crossing them up and looking for shieldpokes with dair; catch jumps and wavedashes away with nairs and fairs
  14.
  15. -Playing on walling expectations: FC bair in place creates the appearance of walling, then you can float and land closer to them (with or without the bair) to open up offensive opportunities; transition directly into a dash attack/grab/jump read/approaching FC aerial or actually keep walling depending on how the situation is developing
  16.
  17. -Land or keep floating (again, depending on the situation) if they roll; if they roll into you, you can get a free punish because you’re not really walling and blinded by a desire to do that; if they roll away, you gain stage and can close space again with float forward or land > dash/jump forward into float
  18.
  19. -SH uair > go into float before you land: nice poke/jump read that transitions into the dangerous low float; unused option that can give the opponent problems off the sheer novelty of it
  20.
  21. -Edgecancels: Peach has insane aerial drift and can set up edgecancels easily; she can also float into position, then drop float and edgecancel; Fullhop float puts her in position to edgecancel on BF side plat; Tourney winner from edge > dj float gives her more than enough height to set up edgecancels as well; Ideas: Fair > whatever for edgeguarding or fighting into center on the inner edge of side plats; uair > DJ whatever at combo %; reverse bair > whatever; (weak) nair > whatever; dair > whatever (especially when recovering from above)
