  1. Rules:
  2. GK must be Jack.
  3.
  4. You are allowed one A tier character, and two A-. All other characters must be B+ or lower. Pairups are counted against your tier count. Tewi is allowed on teams despite being A-, without using up an A- slot.
  5. The higher tier the character, the lower the equipment grade allowed (ie, A/A- is only allowed Shoot+10, while B+ could have Shoot+20)
  6.
  7. S-Tier items (and the Sniper Ring) are banned. Merlin is banned. Paired characters each count as SEPARATE tierslots, so attempting to use Marisa 98 and Hakurei Miko together would result in 2 A tiers, violating the one A-tier limit.
  8.
  9. As an A-tier when equipped with such, Patche is only allowed the lowest grade Max Guts/Guts Recovery items.
  10.

  12. Touhou Soccer Analysis and tier list.
  13.
  14. Some (many) characters exist in multiple tiers due to conditions such as combination specials. Mostly combination specials, honestly.
  15.
  16. A note about VIVIT and Alice 98: Unlike other characters, the stats for these two curve. VIVIT starts out with incredibly low stats, averages out at level 32 (around when a single Travel Mode run concludes), and in NG+, eventually finishes notably above average at level 99. Alice 98 is the opposite. She starts stronger than average, ends up only slightly above average at level 32, and finishes well below average at level 99.
  17.
  18. EX Tier: Hahaha, no.
  19. Rinnosuke, Elrich, and SGGK Letty, if it wasn't obvious.
  20.

  43. Item Analysis:
  44.
  45. *: Apparently glitched and non-functional in Travel Mode. Should work fine in COM vs COM tournaments, but...
  46. **: Purely Speculative Placement. Unsure of placement, need testing.
  47. ***: Obviously unequip Money/EXP items while preparing your team for submission. They're not going to help in tournaments, though they're undeniably useful in travel mode runs preparing for tournaments.
