attempting install of bu - says invalid key
so go to backup.mycomputerworks.com and attempt to log in to see what key is assigned to her and says incorrect email or pw?
I have access to mozy - but not sure how to do search for person - i just know how to assign a key
dont want to mess anything up by being somehwere i shouldn't be lol

seems the tech did the restore on the pc ticket...
SO   i just moved the files on the pc ticket since restore was completed - takes like 3 min anyway lol
But created bu ticket - went to install bu and no joy on exisiting email/pw   nor with key/email
