I’ll try my best to give you some answers and information on your suggestions,
I hope it’s enough!

Regarding this, we actually do have NPC Gym Leaders which can be found at each respective Gym Typing. However, not all Gyms currently have a NPC. Gyms 1 up till 5 have an NPC and all can be found near the Rule board for that Gym. NPC Gymleader for Gym 6 has since recent gone exploring the vast desert.
When the Admins catch/find him he’ll be back on his perch.
Gyms 7 and Gyms 8 will be shortly getting NPC Gym Leaders as well.

This is a nice feature indeed, a community, teams etc  could really make things lively again and I can happily say that there is something being worked on. At this point it’s just a waiting game to see what happens in the future!

More Events/Tournaments are always fun and we do try to make it so everyone can enjoy. We have different Battling Tournaments varying from the SMOGON OU->NU Tiers. Sometimes the event team and staff team discuss on various fun themes for battling Tournaments, but we also have Hide & Seek, Building Contests and other Events.
If you have ever have ideas for Events to be done on Yellow make sure to message one of the members of the Event Team;

I’ll be 100% honest, I’m not sure if the quests are made from our Devs or if they’re already set in stone by the plugin creator. If the quests can be changed or have new ones added that would definitely change things up, I am also abit bored of catch 20-30 of X and some are almost impossible to find or catch. *Memories of “Catch 11 Dittos”*

Again as a Dev I don’t know how this works, it would be interesting to know, maybe for both of these questions to just throw it in the Discord Suggestion Channel, you’d probably get a reply sooner or later from Jack or one of the Devs that dabble in this crazy magic.

I myself don’t tend to have this issue, most servers tend to have some sort of lag, you’ll see it on various servers and or Youtubers when they play on servers.
It also depends on how close you are to the servers network as that can make a huge difference in latency.
Maybe bringing this to one of management may be handy, or just to know.
