- Description: Pittmon burned Damon with scalding water from a crock pot shortly after his mother dropped him off at the Discovering Basics daycare center in Clermont, GA. He sustained 2nd and 3rd° burns on his leg and stomach, which remained untreated for the whole day. The owner of the facility, Minnie “Sue” Dupree, attempted to conceal the crime. Dupree’s daughter Tara Miller, failed to get medical attention for Damon, who suffered for at least 8 hours.
