the overpopulation problem in Hazbin?

I’ve been away from these threads for longer than I would have liked in order to avoid spoilers until I could catch up on Helluva Boss.
Has /hhg/ already discussed the fact that Blitzo’s business model is now established to directly contribute to the overpopulation problem in Hazbin? Before the most recent episode it was still kind of unclear whether anyone murdered by I.M.P. ever winds up in Hell.
Given that Blitzo and Moxxie were originally planned as Hazbin tenants, I wonder if that point of conflict would have wound up being a part of their involvement with the hotel.

No, it isn't. There's no guarantee that their targets will end up in Hell.
Episode 4's plot seemed to be an exception to the rule.

Yeah, it's not a guarantee, if it was they would've just shot the old man and been done with it.

Even if it was, having... being generous, a dozen people a week being sent to hell due to their business, really wouldn't make a dent either way.

I've actually never even considered that I.M.P. may be sending a surplus of souls to hell. That's a neat idea.
