Would it be unfair to regard Blitzo as a Mary Sue type character?

True, I guess one of the biggest aspects of being a mary sue is being liked by absolutely everyone, which blitzo certainly isnt by any stretch of the imagination

That would imply everybody in-universe loves Blitzo, which is not the case, almost everyone, expect for Millie and Stolas, see Biltzo as a unlikeable asshole

Moxxie likes him enough to decorate cupcakes that look like him, along with Loona.

Loona is his adoptive daughter and Moxxie is his underling that only puts up with him because he (presumably) needs the employment (and if that's not the case, then he secretly does enjoy Blitzo in some capacity), I dunno what to tell you
