- Benefit: When you are wielding a heavy or light blade and have nothing in your offhand and are not wielding a shield, you gain a bonus to the damage rolls of your arcane powers. This bonus is equal to your Intelligence modifier. This bonus increases to 2 + your Intelligence modifier at level 5, 4 + your Intelligence modifier at level 15, and 6 + your Intelligence modifier at level 25.
- In addition, whenever you use an arcane implement attack with a heavy or light blade, you gain a +1 bonus to the attack roll.

- You channel arcane energy into your blade, allowing it to direct your swing.

- Focus Energy Blade Magus Utility
- You alter the flow of energy within your blade, causing it to take the form of a particular element.

- Effect: Choose a damage type: lightning, fire, or cold. Until the stance ends, your melee attacks deal this damage type in addition to their normal damage types.
- Concentration Blade Magus Utility

- - Whenever you use a close burst arcane implement power with a heavy or light blade, you may change the range to close blast, and whenever you use a close blast arcane implement power with a heavy or light blade, you may change the range to close burst. Whenever you convert the range of a spell this way, the radius of the power does not change.
- - Whenever you use an area burst arcane implement power, you may change the range to close burst.
