shape-01; {subject} has dark purple eyes and fiery (appears to be fire, is not in fact fire) dark green hair that reaches to his shoulders. no notable anomalous further appearances
shape-02; {subject} appears to be "perfect" there is no flaw to be found in the complexion of his face, has "gorgeous" blond hair, "radiant" blue eyes and "a smile to melt your heart" (due to the effect shape-02 has no other explanations can be extracted from D-class or personnel having viewed the {subject}) (artist's rendition of shape 2(https://imgur.com/undefined))
shape-03 {subject} in this form has a slightly tanned skin, fiery red hair, and "burning" red eyes, no other notable appearance changes have been observed
shape-04 {subject} has bigger lean muscles, a short haircut (almond brown) and brown eyes, his skin a bit harder to penetrate (through unedged objects as knives and the sort have the exact same effect as on a nonamomalous skin)
shape-05 {subject} has platinum blond long (5cm below shoulders) {subject} appears more feminine
shape-06 {subject} has saddlebrown hair that reaches to his ears, {subjects} eyecolour is grey, characters physique is lacking in this "shape"
shape-07 {subject} wears a deepforest cloak and hood at all times (attempts to remove hood have met with failure and the deaths of ▇ D-class do not attempt to remove hood when in this form)
shape-08 {subject} is cloaked in a navyblue cloak, has short black hair, dark brown eyes, wears gear good for sneaking
shape-09 {subject} looks like a rugged Knight without his armor, wears a white tunic with a red cross going over it, has a sword at his right hip
shape-10 {subject} appears to be a "void", (no more has been discovered as by then the gravitaional effects of this shape had begun taking effect and subject reverted back to shape-01)
shape-11 {subject} glows brightly has very long (down to his ass) hair , has big unidentified lump on his back, subject does not appear to feel pain and wounds heal even if they should be fatal, form cannot be taken if subject is "imperfect" any wounds or anything "sullying" {subject} will cause this form to be unable to be taken. reasons for this are currently unknown, no further anomalies have been observed
shape-12 {subject} has fins between his elongated toes and his fingers, subjects skin has taken to be like that of an amphibian, sharp teeth, a third (translucent) eyelid has developed, {subject} can breathe underwater for approximately three(3) hours, {subject} can see underwater when the nearest light source is almost non-existent.
shape-13 {subject} subject appears to be a normal man lacking any ears, dresses in black, with a black fedora on, if he removes the fedora, there are cat-ears visible on the top of his head, appear fully functional, biological placement  to allow the ability to hear unknown.
shape-14 {subject} has the appearance of a white mannequin. {subject} always remains in place in this form, {subject} does not appear to recall this form to exist, in this shape {subject} appears to be unable to take damage. no other changes have been observed
shape-C {subject} has in this "shape" no defined form and is changing constantly in one big, "chaotic changing mountain" of materials. radioactive materials have shown up, as well as other, unknown elements that caused severe harm to everything in a ▇▇ meter radius. {subject} does not recall this form when asked about.
