These cheats are designed to work with the USA 1.0 SNES release of Final Fantasy IV,
released as Final Fantasy II. They may or may not work with the 1.1 release. Most
should, but there are no guarantees. These cheats are primarily used for speedrun
testing purposes.

These cheats all modify ROM wherever possible. RAM modification is restricted to
changing data that does not exist somewhere in ROM.
