For how long have you been playing World of Warcraft? On and off (mostly on) since spring 2005

Total played time: I estimate around 1000 days.

Time played on current character in current expansion: 32 days, rerolled Monk as main a few weeks before 7.2, but I was constantly tanking Mythic+ on it since the start of the expansion.

Guild and raid info
Previous guilds and your reason(s) for leaving them: I haven't actually left a guild willingly before now. All the guilds I was in, except my current one, I stuck with for better or worse until the very end.

Wild Girls (Bloodhoof) - Vanilla guild consisting of in-game female characters only. Due to the nature of the guild recruitment became very hard when we reached Four Horseman in Naxx40, basically being restricted to half of the player base who were actually playing female characters.
Escape (Silvermoon) - a top 5 guild on Silvermoon at the time, after going through a rough time with recruiting players capable of going straight into KJ progress, the leaders decided to call it.
Minions of Mithril (Silvermoon and Kul-Tiras) - after achieving some good ranks throughout Ulduar and ICC while being a 3 days raiding guild, including a world ~60 on LK, the guild started to struggle in the beginning of the first tier of Cataclysm. The loss of a few players and the officers losing motivation as well, the guild stopped raiding.
Chimaera (Kul-Tiras) - Another 3 days raiding guild, nothing out of the ordinary, just a casual world 300, 3 days raiding guild with whom I cleared all the remaining tiers of Cataclysm. The guild was completely shut down before the start of MoP.
Incandescence & Open Force (Silvermoon) - both guilds suffered the same fate during the past few months: lack of time and motivation from the officers to keep the guilds going.
Carpe Noctem (Silvermoon) - Unfortunately, the guild and I don't share the same reasons for playing the game: they are an extremely relaxed group of players who put almost no effort outside of raiding hours to improve their characters. Also, from some players the awarness and ability to play their class is questionable, constantly performing very poorly and repeating the same mistakes over and over again.

How did you hear about Inner Sanctum? I've heard of Inner Sanctum since the early days of MC and BWL, and follwed the guild's progress and kill videos since then.

Why Inner Sanctum and why should we accept YOU? I believe I am good player, reliable, competitive and constantly looking for ways to improve. I can provide high attendence, low amount of mistakes and effort to keep my character in top-notch shape (artifact level, offspec, non-raiding gearing).

Do you know anyone from Inner Sanctum in-game or irl already? If yes, who and will they vouch for you? I am not actively in contact with anyone from Inner Sanctum, but I think a few members of Minions of Mithril might be here and may remember me.

What is your raid experience (on any character and including past experience)? I will list below all the raids I participated in at the highest difficulty while they were current content. Even though at times I wasn't part of an actual raiding guild I cleared all bosses at least on the pleb level (heroic, nowadays), even if I didn't mention them below.
Vanilla: everything up to Four Horsemen in Naxx40
TBC: everything, M'uru and KJ after nerf
WotLK: everything, including hard modes and achievements
Cata: BWD, BoT, To4W, DS
MoP: SoO
WoD: HM, BRF, 4 bosses in HFC
Legion: EN, ToV, 7/10 NH

What do you expect from raiding in Inner Sanctum? I expect an organized raiding team which has progress in mind, with players focused on their gameplay who learn from mistakes. While progressing wipes are expected, and welcomed, but I am hoping they will be well spent on practicing boss mechanics more so than having a wipe called because of those random dudes dying in the same fire every second pull.

Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it during raids? I have a microphone and I am willing to use it during raids.

Can you attend all of our raid times listed in the rules? How often do you expect to miss a raid? (note we have an 80% attendance requirement and do track raider attendance): I can guarantee 95% attendence.

How much do you play outside of raiding times? Around 6 hours per day.

How would you describe yourself as a raider? Focused, competitive, prepared, cooperant.

What addons do you use to improve your raiding performance? DBM, WeakAuras, Angry Assignments, Exorsus RT

Additional info: While I may be new in the world of raid tanking, after playing rogue as main for 10 years, I believe I did a good job so far in Nighthold, as well high Mythic+. I have always enjoyed tanking and it was actually my main alt throughout all the raid tiers I played rogue as main. I am not as new to the role as I have tanked most of the content before, but on a more casual way through alt raids.
I understand the role very well and can quickly adapt and understand what it's required of me. I can juggle through my abilities and cooldowns well, and have a good understanding when I should push for surviving or for more dps.
Furthermore, soon enough after I will have the first point in Concordance for BrM, I will be able to bring a reliable dps spec. My logs also contain a couple of heroic clears where I played dps and I believe I did fairly well considering I have not yet obtained any of the 7.2 traits. Actually, I would not be opposed to changing my main spec to dps, and tank as offspec in the future.
