This all steps need usb 16GB - 12GB
1 - format , reinstall windows its work from 1803 to 21h2 ( win10 & win11 )
2 - updatebios ( open windows search type system information and see your bios name ) if cant see it download cpu-z ( after you know your bios name search in google ( 'namefbios' update )  - and you can search youtube how update bios 'namefbios'
