1. Find a SN on ebay or buy one.
2. Buy an invoice for the laptop you want to SE.
3. Go to Dell's website and start live chat.
4. Do the usual "it won't turn on" thing.
5. Go through troubleshooting with the rep.
6. When they ask for invoice, give it to them.
7. They will then ask for your address.
8. In around 2 business days you will get a replacement shipped to you.
9. Use a drop.
10. Enjoy your new super high end Alienware laptop! :)
