#### 12. I expect the crew to be able to perform at maximum efficiency as a cohesive unit. I would like it if every single crewmate was 100% knowledgeable of any other given crewmates role. Not necessarily as efficient, but to be able to know what every crew member is doing at any given point in a match would be phenomenal. Also I would expect every crew member to be able to swap roles on a dime, the second an alt role is called to be filled I would expect the entire crew to communicate who is shifting. Also I would expect Comms in general to not be too crowded, with crewmates only relaying information that is valuable (ie calling enemies off their boats, being able to deduct which enemies are coming from which boat, calling crews that are at a man advantage etc). Also as I stated a few answers earlier, a crew that can get from point A to point B as fast as physically possible by keeping the sails trimmed is something I long for in a crew. The time saved by being an efficient crew on the open seas really adds up.
