Incorrect formats and innapropriate applications will automatically be denied.

EXPECTATIONS
Before you start creating your application, we need you to know what we expect out of you.
If you can't meet our expectations, you cannot be staff unfortunately unless you can justify why with a good reason.
:Ability to come on atleast 3 or more times every week.
:Able to hear players and staff in a Discord call.
:Be responsible and manage your time well.
:Communicate with players and explain things coherently (A logical and clear way).

QUESTIONS
So far in your application you should of ticked all of the expectations you can follow.

The next part of your application will let us get to know you better and how you will perform as a staff member.
1. Minecraft Username

3. Age (Optional)
4. How experienced are you in being a moderator on a server. Tell us about previous servers you have been staff on and how big the servers were. Methods you use to handle situations and dilemmas.
5. Are you able to join Discord calls? (Preferably with a microphone.)
6. What can you bring to the server? Go indepth with your answer.
7. Do you know when to warn players and what is a correct punishment? If so, please go in more detail.
8. Can you constantly check chat and watch players for suspicious actions? If so, how much.
9. Can you create a schedule of when you can play and when you can't. When you have your spare time to parkour and when you need to watch players? If so how balanced would your schedule be?
Now your application should have a list of the expectations you can follow and an inside of what type of staff you are.

HYPOTHETICALS
It is time to put you through some common hypotheticals that occur to staff often.
In this section of the application we want indepth answers with honesty.

HYPOTHETICAL 1:
You are struggling on homework due tomorrow and you're beginning to stress out. It is 10pm and you get an urgent report from a player stating that somebody is flying across all of the rankups. If this happened to you, what would you do?

HYPOTHETICAL 2:
You have 3 problems to fix all at once. There is a player scamming players for a lot of coins, A bug that lets everybody skip a rankup and somebody spam pinging you in discord. You cannot deal with the amount of pressure that is on you right now. What do you do?

HYPOTHETICAL 3:
You are the only staff member on. The entire chat is being filled with hate comments and racial slurs to eachother. You try to calm down the chat but they won't listen. All of the other staff have gone to bed. What do you do?
