World's Best Hacking Tool.

This is the "World's Best Hacking Tool", the credit is given to many, but i am publicly posting this.
Let me tell you something first, Windows has certain limitations set, that is why most Hackers prefer Linux, but for Windows, to remove the Limitation and to gain access to the tool, do the following.

1. Open up Notepad.
2. Save the following code as WinHackingTool.bat
3. Open the WinHackingTool.bat
